I've seen Solenn on TV and the first time with her brother in a vlog. It always amazes me to see "Big people" being just like anyone else. The goofiness, fun, and bubbly personality. It's fun watching it, and I'm now craving for some leche flan.

Its better to use cream cheese.. 👍and make the caramel a bit salty. No need to measure the milk also. 2 cans of evap and 1 can condenced milk and 10 egg yolks. 👌

Suggestions:
1. We cooked leche flan without separating the egg egg white and egg yolk, we just mixed it consistently same direction.
2. We usually do the caramelizing process in a small pan buy simply put the white sugar and wait to boil then put a little bit water, to get the perfect texture just wait for the bubbles come out and wait to shrink then that's the time you will put the syrup in the Llaneras/Molde.
We usually put lemon or dayap zest on the caramelized sugar in the llanera.

We use fine linen/canvass or cloth sieve to break air bubbles from the mixture and get that nice silky Leche Flan..

Usually when steamed it's 45 minutes and also you can cooked in the pressure cooker too in 15 minutes ☺

I’m not sure how the NMAT is structured in the Philippines but I’m assuming it’s similar in content to the MCAT here in the US! I’ve used a couple of test prep books that are offered here (Kaplan Review, The Princeton Review, Exam Krackers, etc.), reviewed w Khan Academy MCAT videos here on YT and used AAMC question banks which all reviews concepts from biology, biochemistry, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics and math, critical analysis and reasoning, to psychology and sociology review :-)
