The Intruder Gets a New and Sexier Tail

In an attempt to make the Intruder function better, be more legal, AND look better, I redesigned the look of the rear of the bike. New integrated LED tail light and turn signals, and removing some un-needed bits did the trick.

Hey man i have a suzuki intruder 1986 im tryna learn how to work on it i ordered a manual. Where do you get the parts from though? i need to do the fork seals

Best way to do it man! You can find a lot of parts on parts sites like Partzilla, but I also find you can find a lot on ebay and Amazon.

Thank you! I can't say that I got to it before I sold her. I believe the bracket is supposes to mount to the rear strut

What did you end up using to fill in gap left from sissy bar?

A couple of pieces of 3/4 diameter (i think) pipe that I cut to the right length to fill the gap

Hey renegade. I was given a intruder and I’m having trouble with the wiring. I’m a noob. Tail light works but not brake light. Switches seem to be legit. Just looking for some pointers or maybe contact info so we could FaceTime. Anything would be appreciated

I believe, (though after a year+ I could be wrong) that I bought it from Amazon . I measured the space in the rear fender to confirm it would fit
