I'm going to try this with black Jamacian castor oil, and another with extra virgin olive oil.
I do everything you do except strain after 2 weeks. I give it a good stir and then take by mouth daily. I need all that goodness and it goes down perfectly fine.

She saves money the way she does it. You have to keep buying coffee filters and cloths are a hassel. The mesh strainer she has is an easy clean.
