Watching Cagney films was one of the best ways to learn American History. It's funny to hear that line now in the film.

He's OK. At least the part will be one of the three who interviewed him for Mogul of the Mob. A superb read! I bought it when I came out in the early 80's and couldnt put it down.

Freddie Mills was one of the greatest boxers to come from the East end of london in the 1960s. as his career came to end he ended up in property. Myer Lansky was looking to move his gang into Eu and London. Freddie Mills ran a chinese Restaurant and was expanding that into future empire. Nobody got in the way Myer Lansky. Lansky sent his people to london and they reporter back that Mills was standing in thier way. So the warning came that if it wasnt sorted out then he would go to london himself and take care of the problem. So Mills was lured out into the open and was shot and killed and it was made to look like an accident. it stunned everyone. Thousands of people lined the streets to pay thier respects to Mills. his family knew something was off about all this. mills was entered into the boxing hall of fame and there was a documentary made about this called Who killed Freddie Mills?

@@808ghostMiller B.E. is pretty close to the real story, especially with the New York and Chicago characters [Rothstein, Lansky, Luciano, Capone, Torrio etc]. Atlantic City storyline takes a lot more dramatic liberties, though it's generally accurate in terms of how the political machine operated and what went on in the city during Prohibition.
