Luciano once said “ Meyer understood the Italian brain almost better than I did, that’s why I made him my consigliere, I used to tell him that he may have had a Jewish mother but he must have been wet nursed by a Italian.”

Many years ago I met Meyers Grandson when he was a bartender in a casino. That namebadge, Meyer Lansky, blew my mind. Thanks for reviewing this great film. Lansky was my favorite and after this film I love him even more. It is always good to learn what is real in film and what is not. Thanks again.

I really enjoy your program because it makes me feel closer to my deceased father and 8 uncles. Mob or not if you’re Italian you have a lot in common.

You always make the message in the story bigger than the story. The message in a story is what affects people emotionally. Very good thought questioning.
