You ever wonder just how the people behind this show managed to get George Takei to say only meow?
Either George really needed some work, or the idea was just too funny to pass up on.
They told him exactly that. How could you say no to that?!
I've learned that a lot of celebrities actually enjoy doing very obscure goofy voices where they barely say anything. I've even found out that a lot of very big name celebrities even while they were big do this for fun 😂

I just realized that he was telling them how glad he was to partake in switching with chowder and that he enjoyed their company in a way that they mistook it as creepy.

It’s clever that all the characters in this show are named after foods cause it’s a cooking show
Some of them describe their designs. Truffles is a type of mushroom, Mung's nose is shaped like a bean, Chowder is a soup (and Gumbo is a soup made of beans, so he looks like Chowder and Mung combined), Gorgonzola is a cheese (so he's a rat), Gazpacho is also a soup and is best friends with Chowder. That's all that come to mind.

His character arc was really satisfying, I'm glad they gave him more episodes to really shine through.
As much development he received, I feel like his continuation was a bit butchered compared to how his character was initially introduced. And would love to see how things were originally planned.
