Another reason why it's a shame Chowder didn't at-least get through its third season. I'm against milking a series dry with as many seasons as possible, but I definitely feel like Chowder deserved more episodes than it did.

TBH, wasted potential not making Ceviche the thing that makes Panini realize "shoot am I this clingy to Chowder?" even if she's by default 10x worse than Ceviche ever was.
If it had more seasons maybe
Panini and Schnitzel were foils in how they never grew or changed too much through the show to keep a lot of the episodes consistent with eachother. If panini realized she was too obsessive then there would be episodes where panini obsessed over chowder and then some seasons where she wasn't but in reality what type of character would panini be if not her attachment to Chowder?

I love how they have normal apprenticeships like cooking and dance but then theres gorganzola who is just a fucking candle
Candle makers! That's what his apprenticeship is for :) candle making is still a really big deal even today!

@@kiwikarp9509 no lol, people also still need candles for themselves... We see candles being used in chowder. If they relied solely on the candle people, that wouldn't be smart lol. Yes, gorgonzola may use his candle often, but we see that they have actual candles in the show. There's not enough candle people to cover for everyone who needs candles. Bad stonks
@@nevaehonrefni No need to get defensive. :/ I said that because we never see Gorgonzola or Stilton make candles, but we see Gorgonzola lighting the street as a candle in the Christmas special. It would've been cool to see more about his apprenticeship, but since we didn't there's no way to confirm he made candles.

How a goat named after a Peruvian dish is one of the biggest butt-monkeys in the show is beyond me.
I thought ceviche was pico de gallo but with shrimp.
@@user-xt2mc3rx2h It's more like Peruvian Sushi, it's got the Pico part to it but the fact that it's raw fish cooked with a lot of acid like Lemon Juice gives it that special flavor/texture to the shrimp and/or fish, it's fanTAStic.
And I looked up the recipe for Ceviche and it includes fish or shrimp yet he’s a goat. Love this show.

Not really. Panini and Chowder are both very dominant personalities who are passionate about food and have strong ambitions and personalities. Ceviche may be nice and have a good moral compass, but he’s also a total doormat that has almost no self esteem.

Any spanish speakers here, who remembers the confusion ceviche's design caused for the dub team? they gave him a femenine voice on his first appearences and reffered to him as a girl, but then I guess realized the error at some point cause he then had a more androginous voice and was reffered to as him the rest of the show.
Not a Spanish speaker, but I think the Romanian dub did something similar but kept him as a girl.

Man, poor Ceviche got screwed out of his love interest because he wasn’t the protagonist, and then straight up isn’t even written into the show’s finale. Sucks to suck.
Still, if Chowder wanted a better ending, I wish that Panini had instead went for Ceviche. Their personalities are more compatible and it would’ve stopped Panini from being creepy.
It also would’ve stopped Chowder from legit marrying Panini out of obligation and pity.
