I love Ohio so much. The homes are so big with multiple stories and are so beautiful for low costs (I say that being a broke college student not being able to afford one at the moment but still😅)
It is a shame that builders go cheap with the wire shelving in closets/pantry. But the one with 2x6 exterior walls is a benefit.
Good job
Thanks
Any advice for a new immigrant buying a home or apartment for two?
I miss my high fences hahaha 🤣
😂
I’m moving to Cincinnati within a month for a new job. I’m thinking about buying a duplex or something to rent. Any suggestions on area, or if you think the market will go up?
There are a lot of good areas for you to choose. You can never predict the future, but in general, we are still in a low supply / high demand situation, which should mean steady growth for years to come.
Hi Eric! I’m moving to Cincy next week and in the process of getting my OH real estate license. Any tips for getting to know the area faster?
Let’s get together!
@@TeamSztanyo Awesome! I’m about to start my real estate course soon. I was spring my Indiana course about a year ago but i held off when we decided to move to Ohio instead. Do you have instagram?

What can you get for $500.000 in Hyde Park
É bom morar aí?
House and lot or house only?
House and lot
Pena que nao sei falar em ingles e voce fala muito rapido
These look nice but they are all very far areas from the city.
Could try to do another one closer in. Price per square foot will be higher.
@@TeamSztanyo Yeah we are finding that. Would love to stay more central (e.g. Clifton or Hyde Park) but it's hard to find something reasonable and updated without going further out. Challenging. Good video otherwise though!
@@GJSpeight appreciate it! Yeah, low inventory has made it really hard on buyers the last few years. It’s predicted that will loosen slightly this year as rates rise and may slow down demand a bit.
Fala mais devagar garoto kkkkk
How about 250 ? 😅
