Interesting that Obi Wan didnt kill Vader in the Kenobi series, when he had the chance, and then he expected Luke to kill his own father, when he had actually two chance to do it properly.
Yes to be honest I am disappointed in how they handled the battle in the Kenobi show. I loved most of it, minus some cringe aspects like the scene of ObiWan lifting all the rocks and the ending. The way it should’ve happened was: fight, broken mask, dialogue, “You didn’t kill Anakin Skywalker, I did, the same way I am going to destroy you” “Then my friend is truly dead”, fight resumes, ObiWan tries to drop that boulder on Vader “Your strength has returned, but the weakness still remains and that is why you will always lose”, Vader drops ObiWan in that hole and buries him alive and leaves thinking he killed him. There’s no way Vader would’ve lost that fight, this is ten years after Mustafar, he had plenty of time to adjust being in the suit, he has spent the last decade on missions for Palpatine and hunting Jedi while Kenobi was hiding in the desert and hasn’t picked up a lightsaber in years. The way they chose to make Vader lose is really idiotic in my opinion. He’s meant to be one of the most feared men in the galaxy at this point. As for ObiWan and Yoda trying to manipulate Luke into killing his father it’s quite fitting with the way we see the Jedi in the prequels, though disappointing, it’s like they didn’t learn anything. And Luke proves that when he’s able to redeem his father.
Wow, this made me emotional... I loved the parallels between Luke and Anakin and their resemblance in the scenes with Ahsoka is uncanny, same smile!
They do look very alike in those scenes don’t they? Thank you for your kind words!
love these parallels

@@Filia_Noctis yes, totally right! Very good argument
Where is all the Rey footage? The most famous Skywalker of all.
Mhm… don’t know her. Perhaps you mean Rey Palpatine?
@@Filia_Noctis Oh yeah. Good job.
@@Filia_Noctis Kylo Ren wouldn't hurt tbh. He's at least an actual skywalker. Great edit though nonetheless
