VW Passat 1.6TDI (CAYC) at temperature erratic part 2

Engine after reaches temperature as seen here it runs erratically at tick over and when revving engine, if you leave it to cool it runs fine. injectors were also replaced and coded to the car with vcds, when running in this state fuel injectors values fluctuate as do other values I'm assuming to compensate for the erratic running. But no error codes. restarting engine as no effect unless its been left to cool.
