The S65 should get the 4 matic to make sense over the S63, since the S63 with the 4 matic is around half a second faster 0-100 km/hr. Having said that most people who drive this beast buy it to own the pinnacle of AMG luxury and performance, and don't really care about 0-100 time as they'll likely be having or can afford any car that goes 0-100 in the 2.xx seconds bracket. The front end looks kind of sporty but it really needs a spoiler on the trunk. That would really give it a little bit of a sport appeal and give it a sexier look.
Why buy one used as well lol? Nothing is logical about it, its slower than the S63, uses more fuel, more money to maintain, more to register and insure it.. The only reason why people would buy this one instead of the logical choice of S63 is the BRAG RIGHTS. Everyone who is going to buy one is going to have the V8 and you show up with the BIG BOSS V12. So no, dont buy one used, because there is nothing economical about a used V12 engine, the simple fact that you dont have money for new one to start with is the telltale sign to not get it,cuz its a money nightmare to upkeep. This is only for people with more money than brains so they could show it off to their friends and associates.
Krellay it’s funny how he mentions that the key charm and reason for the price is the engine. Fuck me if I spent 100k on a engine I’d be running a top fuel dragster with 8,000 hp. Who needs a v12 with 1,000 nm like come on who will need that in a day to day practice. And all the modes and electronic gimmicks which we will never use. It’s nice and all I’m not hating but it’s very unnessery for anything apart from the queens car show ...
I hope Shmee does an extended road trip in the Senna or the Ford! I know they'd be the worst vehicles for such a trip, but his experience doing it (and maybe a bit of his misery) would make for an entertaining video.
I had the pleasure of checking this out at Sharnbrook. MK Mercedes had brought one down. Im almost certain, the car had an exterior speaker by the exhausts as it sounded so artificial. I would always pick the S63 fully loaded and save about £50k. The 2018 S63 even uses the same engine as the AMG GT
The S63 is faster, lighter (better handling), all wheel drive, and crazy power (when you want it) for a car this elegant. That's why I got the S63. And my wife will have to pry it... ok, she is pretty awesome so I will be happy for her to have it when I am gone.

Actually, the S65 has a higher top speed, more power, more torque, a better sound, and smoother acceleration.
