I don't think negatives are necessarily waiting to be positives, but I think it's important to notice and recognize the negatives and not be afraid of them, but eccentially accept that they exist in a balance of the universe. This being said, I do believe that all of the negative, positive, and neutral matter can be formulated in a way as to create energy moving toward a positive goal.

i am also INFP, by the way, and i just found your videos and i relate to so much of what you say.
Teared up watching this. Very much familiar with these feelings/experiences as an INFP and similar struggles. My father committed suicide years ago when I turned 21 (I'm 28 now) and I am always thinking about not living my life in a matter like he did, even though in the end, it turned out, it was mental illness/psychosis that took over more so than alcoholism. But I seem to still isolate myself a lot, like he did and I try not to, but it is hard. Especially not being a socially gifted person and not drinking/liking sports much and living in Wisconsin where all of that is very popular, I feel very out-of-place. But again, I love your video and thank you for posting! Subscribing. Like you said, you need to be happy within yourself, but again, no man is an island.

oh, that is the exact same train of thought that i've been having.
You go through life gaining all of this useful wisdom and experience, making loving relationships for it all to go down the pan! For it all to go to waste. What was the point of you loving right? What's the point of life? Please please open your eyes and release your inquisitivity! Ask these important questions because believe me, there are answers. In the truth that I know, there are some of the nicest and most developed INTJ's you'll ever meet and believe me, they're smart. If you asked them-

Thanks for sharing! I'm looking to start making videos, but have been putting it off for the longest time. I've been waiting for the right moment and when everything will be perfect (being such a perfectionist and all). I'm looking to make self esteem videos to inspire and encourage others who may share similar struggles. Once I get a new phone with video recording capabilities and a tripod, I'll start. So nerve wracking lol. Anyways this video was encouraging to watch!

9:22... Dude, it's a daily, no, hourly battle for me to remind myself not to take the blame for crap that's not my fault, or that's nobody's fault. It's often baffling to me that my non-INFP friends don't have to spend any time in their lives worrying about issues of self-security. That's INFP life for ya.

is it something unique for infps or is it just me, that when we laugh we kinda find it akward and dont do it that much and that our eyes arent really connecting with our smile cuz we don't really show our fully emotion/ holding it back, what do infps think?:P Let me know plz:D!
That may be something common to many infps, though in this case I think the context of me being in front of a camera might have a lot to do with what you're talking about. People have told me I have a very genuine laugh, and I remember at a high school play once my friend who was in the production said he could tell my laugh apart from the crowd every time. I guess it sort of fills up a room :s I believe it's true that us Fi users don't smile with as much of our faces as our Fe counterparts though.

Don't know if you saw my comment or not so just making sure you know it, i think your a brilliant guy:) I had a little problem though on wheter or not i indeed was an INFP or INFJ my initial test said INFP but that was a test with just Yes or No options with 72 questions, but i didnt really care to much about, my brother kinda forced me to do it soXD anyway came out INFJ than i took the one on celebritytypes..com which i took more seriously and got INFP than i took the one INFP or INFJ on the same website and got INFP, so i guess im an INFP, how ever i think i can relate much more to INFP than INFJ cuz they INFP personality fits mine bascially on every level so and every INFP youtuber ive seen i can strongly relate to, so^^ Do you have any tips on how to tell apart wheter your an INFP or INFJ eventhough im pretty sure by know im an INFP but my dad and one of my friends are ENFJ and INFJ
The best way to tell the difference is by knowing and understanding the functions! INFP and INFJ, though very similar, express their functions inversely from one another. This means while we often share similar core qualities, the way we perceive and interact with the world can be quite different. Watch this video! It should help answer your question :) INFJ vs INFP
