    Hello. I have a package coming from China to Indonesia. But suddenly the package was in Transit country India. On 18/9 the tracking says “Item presented to Import customs” then on 22/9 the tracking info says “item presented to export customs”. What does this means? And my package been stuck at India (Transit country) for 5 days. Im using EMS.

    If the inspection officer has damaged the goods , so who should bear the cost ??

      it is really bad luck.. officer never pay for it. it depend on discussion between Shipper/Cnee/Forwarder.

      @@logisticsyoutuberiinosan2358 I believe it depends on the Incoterm decided between seller and buyer. If there is insurance, the insurance company might bear the final costs.
