Love this deck, and I totally love the absence of other figures. It showes me, that it's all about me, I am responsible for myself, no other person needed. You have to interact with yourself before interacting with others. That is the reason in my opinion why there are other persons in the 10 of cups. Because that is the moment when emotional wealth happens, there's plenty of it to share it with others. Caring for your own feelings throughout the first nine cards to gain a stable emotional state of yourself to be ready and able to care for others. That is how I read this deck. Very intuitive, numerological and related to my own being, energy, thinking and emotions.
I love that there are different flowers on every card. I can name a lot, but not all. For me it would have been great if the plants had been named in the booklet.
This deck became a great companion for me.
Fun fact about Jupiter. It is visible in the night sky now west of the moon.
This has been on my wish list for a while and now I've moved it to my cart! I think it would be beautiful paired with the Flowers of the Night Orcale! Thanks for the deep dive Lisa!

Watching your videos always forces me to pay attention to the art on all my decks. Sometimes I get so caught up in the 'meaning' that I forget to look at the artist's interpretation. This deck has gone in and out of my cart SO many times, but I think I need the good feminine energy in my practice.
This deck totally took me by surprise, made me rethink my dislike of collage decks, and is an absolute core deck for me now.

Ever since I first saw this deck I've been convincing myself I didn't need it! The dark starry background and dreamy imagery is so enticing. Always love getting your insight on the cards. Great vid as always!
edit - The isolation feeling comes across to me as being very meditative, really like just "beyond the veil". The scenery feels introspective and expansive, like being on the cusp of the universe. It feels very inviting and peaceful to me.

I absolutely ❤❤❤ my Night Goddesses! They speak honestly to me and help keep me on course. The artwork is gorgeous and the detail is amazing. I would be a sad, sad woman if I didn't have these Goddesses to chat with. They lift me when I need it always tell me what I need to hear, gently.

On The Mystic card, I think these are the two sides of the moon, meaning there are no unknowns for her. ;)
I'm just getting started on my journey on, well, everything. But would this be a good shadow work deck? That's the vibe I was getting as you talked through the deck. I feel like oracle decks are so much easier to find for shadow work - case in point, I have the Lantern Oracle.

This was an impulse buy from a local small shop I wanted to support. It’s not a deck I would’ve naturally drawn to but I’m glad I have it. I learned later that what I have is the gilded ‘artist edition’ with two extra cards. It really is a beautiful deck
Hey, it's been a year and I'm about to add the guilded edition to my cart. But I have a questions: after a year are you using them, do you still love them? And they look kinda small for the art. I've also seen complaints on the cardstock. What do you think now?
@@простадівчина It’s impossible to riffle-shuffle, which I like doing, but I don’t mind the over-hand shuffling. The texture makes it a joy to shuffle over-hand. It’s a beautiful deck. I take it out once in a while and I forget how vibrant the colors are all the time lol. I have a large collection so I won’t use it often but when I do, I’ll use it for at least a month. The card-stock is a heavy kind but then that’s what makes it feel richer. I don’t prefer collage decks but I fell for this one because of the artist’s interpretations and colors. I treasure it - it’s different, it makes the reading very personal, and it’s beautiful. But then this is just me.

Lisa, thank you so, so much for the detailed deep dive! The depth of understanding you bring to each card is awe-inspiring. This is a deck I backed on KS and I love looking at it, it's just so beautiful. I haven't done a lot of reading with it, because it deviates enough from standard RWS that it's a little intimidating to figure out how to read it without constantly looking at the book. Your interpretations make so much sense of some of the cards, like the Chariot being Freedom, and what's going on in the 10 of swords. The art is 💖🔥.

I bought this when it first came out and I recycled this deck out after I tried to mod it because it wouldn’t shuffle totally stocked and wouldn’t budge and completely ruined it 😡 it is beautiful though. Must have got a bad copy. May try again.
Aw i'm so sorry you had that happen! My copy shuffles well but I'm not always the best gauge of a shuffle cuz I have bigger/stronger hands than some!
It had to have been a bad copy then. I can shuffle most decks.

This deck really has it's own uinique qualities.
The art style is romantic age. The takes on tarot are quite powerful.
What I don't like too much ... is the degree of idealisation (body shapes and age ranges are rather limited) ... and all of the cards do restrain themselves to a rather traditional femme depiction.
In terms of being suversive ... doing it's own thing ... dissenting common narratives ... taking different angles ... the decks reminds me a bit of the William Blake Tarot.
I get the appeal ... it just won't be a deck for me.

I LOVE the aesthetics and even got the deck ignoring my "I don't like female only decks!" thingy. Well, it just didn't resonate. "luckily" my cards had printing errors so so didn't feel bad just sending them back without getting a replacement.
I'm a little bit sad, because it's just so gorgeous 🥲
