I purchased one of these Orion volt dirt bikes but I’m not in Texas so I don’t have access to the business shop and the customer service I have been receiving from the beginning is bad, all I have been asking for is an owners manual and to find out what the purpose function of an unplugged purple wire under the seat is for ? I’m just told to not worry about it and leave it unplugged but I want to know what it is even if I leave it unplugged? But this simple things cant be attended by Orion ? Or they just ignore me after I bought this bike , and I have sent multiple emails to the tech support but they don’t respond when they do the response was just that to leave in unplugged even though I asked what it was for
We answered your email back 2 weeks ago. We told you that the wiring harness is used for several models and that wire is not used on this particular bike. So you just leave it alone. And the owners manual is being made now. We informed you that it will be ready by March or April. Please check your email.
@@OrionPowersportsI’m still waiting on a manual the bike is fully charged I was riding and it stopped completely and the dash monitor says to charge but it’s charged all lights work and stay on it just doesn’t run and yea I have been waiting on that owners manual since I bought this bike I expected it to come with the bike that’s a total disappointment
You guys never replied right away it took you awhile month to respond to my emails and you still didn’t tell me what purpose of the purple wire
