- Couple new rigs to the fleet, and we go back and visit the site of our sketchiest recovery. (So Far) Also a token of my appreciation for Shawn and all he's done to help me get to where we are. Thank you all so much for watching and supporting us. Means so much.

Congrats to Shawn! His reaction was exactly how I'd picture it with his steady and calm demeanor! You could tell once he knew you weren't pulling his leg that he was just super appreciative! - it's one of the many reasons why I genuinely enjoy watching ALL you guys. Nobody pretends or tries to be overdramatic - the natural drama unfolds as they skillfully do some epic recoveries. Making it look easier than they really are!
You can replace almost anything in a shop but loyalty, dedication, experience and talent are the toughest. Showing respect in a direct way helps keep the right hand attached when difficult times occur. Thank you for share this experience.

Ive had great friends that are native Americans. One in the navy, he was an awesome guy. Seminole from florida. The other is where I live he was in the marines. A klamath/modoc.
Most of the places not like this in America today are the big, liberal ran cities, the rest of us still act and treat each other as equals.

Crazy to think all the wild stuff we have seen Rory do on CZcams is just a fraction of his life. Between the pre youtube recoveries, general wheeling and the oil field days I can't imagine the things he's had to do to get the job done.

Loved the digs at Matt and the overlanders. I had a land rover discovery 2, lifted, light bar, snorkel, awning and roof tent, never had a winch, never used it once for camping or overlanding. Did use it off road though so it wasn't a complete mall crawler pose.
Loved the Bouldering at the end. I used to rock climb and Boulder to practice near the ground. It was 1973.
You know Rory when you give things away it come back to you ten fold , it’s a fact man !

That first trail would be fun on an MX bike with those high banked bends. It was like a sandy version of a bobsleigh run. It would have been boring for Rory though, seeing as there wasn't 100 foot cliff with eroding edges, and barely wide enough for the Jeep. I still have cold sweats when I think about Rory and Shaun's close call on the Kane Creek trail.
