    Column c/c = 6000+6000
    =12000
    Column corner= 200+200
    =400
    so total length = 12400
    lap length = 50d
    = 50*25
    = 12400+1250
    = 13650 - 50 (cover)
    = 13600
    develop length (i mean L length )
    = Ld ( 50*25)
    = 1250
    = not consider the beam size bigger then L size so beam height 400 - (top & bottom cover + top steel dia)
    = 400 - (50+50+25)
    = 275
    Total length = 13600+275
    = 13875
    This just for calculation steel full length 12.1M

    Deduction of bar dia will come
    1.90°bend = 3 nos ( 3×2d)=6 nos.
    2.135° bend = 2 nos. ( 2×3d) = 6 nos
    Total 12 nos of dia bar need to be deducted.Otherwise your explanation was too good compare with other video.Keep going, it will useful of upcoming generation.

    Brother he is Calculating upto end As our TMT Bar Steel length is limited upto 12m
    I mean after 3rd column there is Cantilever Projection
    So Total Length will be (developmentlength in first column+(6000+6000)+ eff.length of cantilever projection)= 17150 or not I too don't know what was the projection given so he summed up all these
    .
    & took this Overall length and deduct the remaining Part of Lap length... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    while calculating cutting length
    Already 200mm from column cross section is added with span of 6000mm
    So if we want to reduce cover in the sense we should do like 200-50 from remaining area of the span
    (200-50)+6000+1250
    And it's not 16000 initially 200+6000+6000+200= 12400

    Clear Height between plinth beam top and roof beam bottom-11 feets
    Zone-A-11/4=33 inches
    Zone-B-11*12-66=132 -66=66 inches
    There are 6 bars 16mm@4,12mm@2
    At zone B top- 2 no of lappings
    At zone B middle(30 inch below top lapping points)-3 no of lapping
    At Zone B bottom (30 inch below middle lap point)-1 lapping
    Whether the above arrangement is allowble?
    Whether lintel tie beam can be provided any zone?
    What if lintel tie beam falls on zone-A top area?

    While subtracting the bend in the stirrup, you considered 5 x 90 degrees, but at the hook, the bend is 135 degrees right? So it should become (3 x 90 degrees + 2 x 135 degrees), which is (3 x 2d + 2 x 3d) = 12d, instead of (5 x 2d = 10d), right? Little clarification is required in this part, and yes, your work is helping me a lot. ❤❤

    Sir sayd length jo aapne add kiya hai main beam ka 200+6000+6000+200 wo aapne 16000 likha hua hai jbki wo 12400 aati hai .. to sir wo jara explain kr dijiye na ki 16000 kaise aayi.

    Cutting length of main bottom bar
    Firsty calculate clear span length
    = Effective length- 200- 200
    = 6000-200-200
    = 5600
    Clear span length = 5600
    When we calculate cutting length of main bottom bar( left side from lap)
    = ( Ld+ 10db)+( clear span length)+(column length) +(lap length 50d)-(bend)
    = 1500+5600+400+1250-50
    = 10700
    Right side from lab
    ( Clear span + Ld + 10db)
    =5600+1500
    = 7100

    (400-50)+6000+200?+3000+1000= ye jo 200mm hai column ka half hai lena jaruri hai jab adhi beam ki 3000 length le chuke hai to ??? Aur 16000+1000 =17000 kiye to use 16000 ki use kar rahe hai..

    200+6000+6000+200 is 12400 mm. You have taken 16000 mm. Pl check column end to end is 12400 plus lap (1250-200) 1050 on each side. So total 12400 + 1050+1050 +lap is 15750 mm .
    You have taken 2000 mm instead of 200 mm .

    400-50 =350 +effective length kaise le sakte hai.. Job ki pahle se hi column ke clear span tk pahuch gye hai. Dekhiye sir development length k bad aap kya kiye hai.

    Kabhi bhi lap column ke andar ni hona chahiye but Jo apne bataya bottom ka lap...wo column ke andar ja rha h
