3 months postpartum and I just finished most of this video. lol Saw a couple shorts and got motivated. Propped my baby up and finished the workout while he was drinking his milk!
I would like to gather feedback from people who have practiced exercises at home or in the gym. Did it work for you, and how long did it take to see results in your buttocks, hips, and thighs?
@@relaxwithchi4058protein!! Get your protein macros in. That’s especially important for growing muscles and feeling full. Eggs, chicken, fish, seafood, protein shakes, peanut butter or peanuts. In addition try to volume eat your carbs. Ie find carbs that are very low in calories per gram. Like spinach! One cup of spinach is 10 calories. So you could eat 10 cups. And only consume 100 calories. I like to use popcorn that I pop myself. Also make sure you are hitting your nutritional goals!! Don’t use volume eating to replace getting healthy nutrition. Also would suggest just changing your diet first before engaging in rigorous exercise like this. So You are not putting excess stress on the body especially if your goal is to cut.

Yes, still doing it.
With consistency and good nutrition, you’ll see results.

That girl in the gray pant need to get out of the camera rang, very off beat and distracting
She looks so bored 😢
I just said that moments before your post🙄
Maybe is her first time and she needs to go slow.
@@alejandracastillo3992 maybe she needs to be in the back with everybody else that’s just learning and has to go slow
