1:04:30 I feel like it should also be noted that a majority of Sam's audience is young teenagers. When you're young and an impressionable kid you have zero filter on the Internet and develop these intense para social relationships with your favorite influencer. So they feel a need to defend Sam no matter what even if there's no reason to do so.
Seeing some of the fans taking polarizing stances about Sam leaving Hosstile has been pretty bizarre. Especially since the only thing Sam has said on the topic is along the lines of "1 year contract ended. Made some good connections". Like, how a regular contract goes.

If your diet is managed well, no reason you can’t get peeled without calories getting silly low. Conforming in the off season plays a role, as well as planning diet breaks etc.
