  • Arian Foster is one of the most interesting nfl stars ever. he has a great story and tied to condense it as much as possible to make it palatable.

As a Texans fan, Arian Foster is definitely the most underrated RB ever imo. Man was a find-a-hole, one cut beast. Played big and fast, and was always reliable. He could even catch the ball in space. But injuries for him were the worst. If it wasn’t a hamstring, it was his knee or ankle. In his last season in Houston before he went to the Dolphins, he tore/ruptured his achilles. I was kinda sad when I heard he retired, because I knew he wouldn’t be remembered as a player possibly up there with other RB’s of his time, also because of his injuries. But his music is fire. He obviously takes his game from J. Cole.

fat on the brain Yes it was. It opened up so much on offense for that 2012-2013- team was. Andre Johnson was beasting, Foster at RB, Matt playing his best career football, even the defense was on point. Those were the good times. I really hope Watson, Hopkins, and Miller/Foreman can bring a team like that next year.

Aaron Espinoza I mean, in my opinion, he wasn’t the best RB ever, but he was special for that generation of RB’s he was in. If it wasn’t for injuries, he would’ve had a godly, lengthy career. At least that’s how I see it. If there was one, he would be in the Minor NFL Hall Of Fame.

So much so' that whenever a player has an "off or down" year he evaluates & seeks a conclusion for both himself and viewers as to why. 4me it's always been obvious that a man who looks inside someone b4 judging them from an outside perspective has emphasized on strengthening those qualities in himself. Much love & appreciation for what you do & how you do it as well

FlemLo great channel, you and KTO are who I watch, for great stories.
As a Coach for MS, JV and Varsity, I can tell you the part about the teachers that say no to dreams, we as Coaches encourage. You want to go D1? Okay, what are you doing to get there? Are you working out 3 to 4 times a day? Do you know what your weakness's are? ETC... This is why I love MS so much. I get to teach these young men the heart and soul of the game. Being from SW FL we play year round when Schools are done Pop season begins, or for my some of my kids Wrestling.
If you play O/D Line, Linebacker, Running/Full back, Slot and even Wide outs, Corners and Safety, Wrestling will give you an advantage over your opponent. Wrestling is all about moving people to where they don't want to go.
Extra tip. If you are "Un-Coach-able" become Coach-able. How? Simple, listen to what the Coach says without talking back (hardest part) Then, break it down. So, Coach is pissed cause I (Insert reason). Take a the best piece that fits your play style and apply it, immediately. Coaches yell, it is what we are good at, along with being able to see the big picture to help you develop and get to that D1 School.
At most schools there are more than one to three coaches. Find a Coach you get along with and talk with them to get another opinion or to see or have explained to you what the big picture is. Most athletes call them an Athlete Coach, usually a Coordinator or position Coach sometimes even assistant and rarely Head. You may have to wait until after the game or film day, but get with them. Most Coaches what you to succeed and not fail, I say most as there are Coaches who only look at what you/player can do for them. While I was trying to get on staff for our school I had to be the equipment manager, along with keep track of the ball, water boys. I loved this job, I got to talk to the players in a different way, and when they didn't understand or needed a bit of advice they came to me as I had time to talk with them. This has helped me change the way I coach in a more positive way. My boys have a problem they come and see me on or off the field problems.
I cannot take credit for the wrestling idea that came from our wrestling coach, I just support it and have now become an assistant Coach there as well. Good luck and keep up the great work you do.

That man made it look soooo easy and effortless when he was at his best I absolutely loved watching him tote the rock. Also great breakdown at the end of the video about all the positive things and life lessons learned from playing the game I agree with you 100%. After playing 3 years of HS ball and 4 years in college I know that the man I am today is greatly attributed to all the lessons and experiences I got from the interactions with my coaches, teammates, opponents, and most importantly the practice and game field. Theyll go for your femural artery too, behind your lower thigh, above your knee. It's all soft tissue and only takes a good rip, then you bleed out in 30-45 seconds!
I used to train canines routinely. They'll instinctively go for that or your calf, same artery, just lower. They'll incapacitate you by tearing your Achilles tendons too! Then go for your neck, as you're distracted and can't really run away. I know how to stop practically any attack by any canine, wolf, etc. They have some very vulnerable weaknesses. If you have one locked on to you? You'll have to shove at least one of their eye balls into their brain. If you're down, with they're onto of you, don't kick them, that's a waste of time. If you have a free hand/arm, one solid strike to their UPPER ribs, from either side, will knock the wind out of them. Just once or twice will crack/break their ribs too. They'll retreat to try to regroup. But they're already out of breath from the first attack, but they're also feeling pain with each breath. They'll retreat to a safe distance and not return. Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Shepards, Chow chows, etc aren't really that difficult. The biggest mistake people make is when they make that initial charge? If you meet them a quarter of the way, you grab legs...both front or a front & rear leg as you're charging them..and you'll fracture at least one or both of them..ligament and or dislocated joint(s). Now you're top dog! It'll scamper off unless it's master is insisting/forcing the animal to continue engagement. Mine would if I commanded it to. But I never had to ever do that. The biggest difference between a wolf? They are rarely alone! If there's one, there's several more..they seldom ever dont attack all at once, it's their instinctive timing. If there's more than one human, they'll still gang on the weakest link in the group. They already observed this. In such cases, whether you're one or a group, your odds are actually good. As long as you don't do some stupid panicking bullshit, like turn your back to run or raising your arms up above your shoulders? That will get you fucked up immediately! I was an USAF military augmentee canine handler post 9/11. Stationed in Germany. We were postured immediately into installation force protection. The security police were severely undermanned, hence this augmentation process. It warranted me and hundreds of others two primaray responsibilities.
Anyways, we received training from every way imagineable. The German security & politzei forces. Sorry for rambling on here! But a wolf or any kind of attack animal isn't really that "badass" when you know exactly what to target! If you're good with canines? They respect you. They can smell fear or the scent of danger. With some handlers, like myself? They'll refuse to attack, because they can't or don't sense any fear. They'll bark & growl savagely to entice fear. Most people will instinctively panic or hesitate , appearing weak and off balance. We emit chemical endorphins they use to identify what they can't see with their eyes. Our nervousness, sweat or panic mode will trigger a green light to commenced without any question. Theyre also watching for nonverbal posturing for resistance & weaknesses. This all is processing in seconds, real time. You can't outrun them. You must engage them without prejudice or you're screwed! That's all I can say. I've seen many fatal engagements during my combat days. Hands, large portions of arm muscles, face tissue being ripped off, compound fractures prior to jerk in off limbs of their targets. And of course, ripping, jerking through soft neck tissue, cv vertebrae thus removing the entire head, while their target was alive & kicking. It was a brutally savage sight to witness.Typically we didn't let it get that grisly & morbid. Essentially, they knew when their threat was no more. They weren't trained blood thirsty animals. But sometimes, if the enemy target caused injury to our canine partner, we'd allow for such a merciless payback! For the canine, not our own enjoyment. I trained over 70 canines within a 36 month period, '01-'03. I know of 18 that were killed/lost in the line of duty. Many died by mortar, small arms fire, fatal knife punter wounds or ieds. Several were wounded & would rejoin our ranks, if they were physically able after field reevaluation. Some weren't solely weapons of attack. They were multitask trained in several areas that suited them best. Cadaver/live tracking, ordinance, bomb detection, illicit contraband, even hard currency/money. These highly skilled partners saved thousands of human lives, sacrificing themselves for their Alpha pack master. It was rather difficult for me to continue witnessing field casualties! They're more unconditionally loyal than their human counterparts! They even know when it's a one way mission & not gonna make it back. That's the most difficult part I had! I requested return to my aircrew unit specialty, after our reservist replacements were sufficiently manned. Of course, our human casualties were just as hard. We performed mortuary affairs duties within our AOR. Our canine companions were there too when it was warranted. Personally, in my own honest & unbiased opinion..the only indigenous wild animal I'd fear most would be bear or a large +300 lb wild boar, if I were unarmed. Fortunately, I've never had to manually incapacitate any kind of canine in threat mode. Their initial response has always been to respect me out of fear or trust for some reason? Some humans have that edge which translates intimidation for approach, idk? It's not anything vocal or nonverbal, it's chemical. I've never had any type of dog harm me nor bite me where it's punctured my skin. They love to play & practice aggression but when they trust & respect you? They'll never intentionally harm you. They'll protect you & obey unconditionally. It's atypical that most humans are questionable, conditional & untrustworthy. There are more passive unworthy cowards & unreliable distrustful than there are humans of courage & mutual respect! That's an established fact, not my opinion! We seem to ignore our own instinctive strengths and rely on objectivity.
I still train canines in every facet of their known attributes. Man is not my preferred "best" friend nor first choice for an everyday coworker-partner. Humans are too distracted to maintain such mutual discipline or trust...we're easily corruptable, becoming "unconditionally conditional". Which means we're too questionable by expecting more trust than were ever willing to give. That's what makes a team complete in any sport, like football too. Every player is focused and will execute their talent every play without doubt or concern. It's relative to a familiar Coach Belicheck principal...Just Do Your Job!
If you made it this far, without having any issues with my chapter of proven "Dogma"? You likely haven't what's necessary to be a worthy man of integrity, honor & trust! If you read halfway & quit reading? I can't judge you, only you can question your own limits. But I'll tell you that they're limitless without boundries if you're honest about yourself!
God bless everyone & live each day like it's your last! Sometimes there aren't any second chances! 👍✌✊
