And then you find out that she just wanted Mike to cheat on a test and thatâs how he started doing that.

Memorizing pages from books is not a superpower. Most people probably read similar books in High School (various Shakespeare works, Of Mice and Men, To Kill a Mockingbird, Great Gatsby, etc.). Memorizing a page out of each of those is not incredibly hard. Also, unless they have the book on them or also have it memorized, how are they going to prove you wrong. Even if they say "that doesn't sound right," you can just say "oh, I was bored, that was page 39."

This show started out centered around Mike and his memory and gave the impression that is was on how Mike will use that memory to pose as a lawyer but then they went off and kill off the grandmother which was a grounding character for Mike and they didn't know how to move forward now. So they changed the shows direction and turn it into another Lawyer drama and center it around Harvey. Yeah that so called "best friend" was a total bastard.
