Silver Cymbal You can hang out with me. I have tons of washing machines and explosives. Along with a homemade flamethrower, a plasma torch, and a lot of wood.
LOL, Not only are you spinning a washing machine full of flaming oil but you've got a join in the power cord in the rain and it looks backwards so the prongs would be live if you unplugged it. This is my type of channel.
yeh its loads of fun!, the plug is not backwards tho, and sealed with electrical tape. I used a variac to control the machine so it was a load of fun :D

You have to have fun, it balances the serious stuff ;-) perhaps you need the end of your oil feed tube modifying, many smaller holes and higher pressure to produce more of a misty effect?
Flames rocketing out remind me of my Halloween pumpkins that I light up with a bit of gasoline; well... maybe more than a "bit". Great fun, but scares off all the parents hauling their children around.
i think you should put something to duct air in to the front maybe a 45 gallon drum with the top and bottom cut off or something closer to the size of the door
Ah yes, this is better. Because there's daylight around the machine, it' now possible to see the flames whizzing around in there. The other time, when it was done at night, all I could see, was a bright flaming beam shooting out of the hole. It's nice to see flames whizzing around in there. :-D Also, I'm surprised that the motor, or the extension cord socket on the ground didn't earth-out. I can only assume that you were using that big chunky transformer for isolation from earth.... -BBD.
You could just set up a babington burner type setup for atomization, just put a little hole for a jet in something like a doorknob, pressurize it with air and run the oil over the front. Works rather well.
Making the most out of your carbon footprint, Flamespin 3000, otherwise known as the Pyro 6. When you get that thing going it sounds like a combination of a diesel and a German V1 rocket.
@Aussie50 do me a favor Ed, and tell your neighbor's that they are awesome for letting us get away with all this crazy stuff outdoors....well...indoors too!!
ED can you weld some small air scoops to the edge of the inner drum to act like a ram air as the inner drum spins around ?? this way the flame stays in the drum ..
i know it can be done, but the noise factor.. do you have any idea how loud this thing really is? but im gonna give it a go anyway! i got in trouble with the land lord last time i started it up ;p
From washer to a high speed dryer!
Your neighbors got to love you.
Ahhh...nothing safer than mixing water, electricity, burning oil, and blow torches.
SirDeanosity Щ
SirDeanosity
dude. What if someone stupid like me gets the idea to jump into that thing while it is spinning?
SirDeanosity aussies mate, we mix all the wrong stuff 😂
i need a friend like you to hang out with. looks like a lot of fun!

I am not sure what I am watching but I like it.
Flamespin. Inferno inside, Ed outside.
always a joy to see significant achievements in the field of engineering.
Fastest drier in the world.
@4:40 ~ looks like you got your own little sun burning off that nasty rain
The great scientist like this rotation out.

That'd be nice and toasty on a cold dribbly day :D
you's got some rain, we only got a few droplets, Bloody cold, lol, good test :)
looks like fun multitasking too.
Little Car Loves it :D, Little Car Don't Give a Damn!
That propane torch is like the flame thrower from alien:isolation 😂
it's so mesmerizing.
Ed' ya crazy lol. Ya got to love the sound of that motor spinning up!! And you do get some rain mate.
Thumbs up*
lmao, yep, when i am done building or repairing stuff, I take some time out to have fun :D
at least you got a forklift to move your projects around :D. Commercial washer/dryer has got to be done :D
yeh its loads of fun!, the plug is not backwards tho, and sealed with electrical tape. I used a variac to control the machine so it was a load of fun :D
3:55 Run-start......
yes i saw in other videos, a fun way to burn off all the waste oils and fuels. and i have to agree to that.

Good shit! Bet that was a lot of fun!

Looks sweet!
Dude!!! you are crazy but typical Aussie and that's not a bad thing.
ed, one word, jetfuel!
Flames rocketing out remind me of my Halloween pumpkins that I light up with a bit of gasoline; well... maybe more than a "bit". Great fun, but scares off all the parents hauling their children around.
And this hasn't got more views why? I want a washing machine from the scrap yard for November 5th now :D
can i live with you? I love your experiments! You make it look sooo fun xD
I’m sorry to say that Aussie50 has apparently died 😢
That is a good use for a front loader Aussie 50 cool
its just a backyard heater/waste oil burner.
now were cooking .. add a grill plate on top and rename to the super barbe
Grilling on this end in getting poioned.
Nothing wrong with a bit of poison... most of the crap we eat is poison :)
liney118
Hm thats true ... totaly ture.
:)
lol
great work thanks for the vid
yeh this was great fun :D. running a Variac off a isolating transformer :D
You keep doing stunts and Im gona have to watch yall.
i think you should put something to duct air in to the front maybe a 45 gallon drum with the top and bottom cut off or something closer to the size of the door
Very accurate name! :D
Buy now the flamespin 3000 for truly intensive drying
Satan doing laundry

That's the "tumble gently" cycle on my dryer.

WICKED RAD BRO!
ahh, the electrical tape made it look like the socket was the other side. I thought you normally did 'sensible' crazy stuff

Fire against the drum causes the drum noises.
@Aussie50 do me a favor Ed, and tell your neighbor's that they are awesome for letting us get away with all this crazy stuff outdoors....well...indoors too!!
there wasn't too much fuel spilt, but its kaykuya grass, that stuff could almost survive a atomic bomb
Wonder if a little blower pointing at the opening would help it burn a bit "cleaner"?
In hell, all clothes washers look like this.
ED can you weld some small air scoops to the edge of the inner drum to act like a ram air as the inner drum spins around ?? this way the flame stays in the drum ..
4:52 run.....
Fire, water and electricity :)
You have way to much fun with this stuff dont you lol
beautyfull
what exactly are you trying to achieve by doing this? its neat and everything but what am i missing?
what can you use such burnatational forces on?
yeh a preheat and atomizing sprayer would mean instant starting :D
Would it be better to use a chain drive inset of the belt? Because with the heat that would come off that thing, wouldn't it melt in the belt?
When watching the video I was wondering when that big blowtorch was going to show itself.
cool
looks like a fun way to heat your house.
Now toss a brick in it while its running!
ACA332 dancing flametrover
i know it can be done, but the noise factor.. do you have any idea how loud this thing really is? but im gonna give it a go anyway! i got in trouble with the land lord last time i started it up ;p
nice =)
3:53 when a car engine overheats _inside_ the engine
is it belt driven or what? how come the belt is not melting?
at 3:28 he said better get the torch out, i thought he meant that little one and than boom fire ball
@1:00~2:15 why are you using that wimpy handtorch ,when you got that other huge fire breathing dragon torch?
sounded a bit like a train on tracks near the end
Wow:D
Is that a MAPP torch?
It would look a lot better flying through the air, in the dark........ It was a one-hole, jet-powered flying blackened laundry-eater!!!
You need to get it working to produce thrust, and strap it to a go kart :)
How does it work?
will I see this at burning man some day?
extra low voltage from a well grounded isolating transformer :D
It even runs under rain ... maaaddddddd
wow, you sir are truly visionary!.. hmmm shoot oil down its guts while running? lol
is this in nsw?
Funny stuff :D
You recreated the jet engine
Poor Miele :D
notice as the fire built up the washer went out of balance.
Haha, Little car in the background watching not giving a fuck.
hes thrown flywheels in them check his channel out
Which machine did the drum come from?
A Miele front load washing machine.
aussie? could you add a second pipe and pour some water in it just to see what happens :P you know burning oil and water =...
nevermind @3:45 the beast lives :P
i feel as though there should be heavy metal playing in the bckground
and the point of this excersize is?
ED you are teasing the shit out of me... STOP IT!
Flamespin 3000 starting up ........ 1:35
The super drier 10,000. will dry your cloths in 10 seconds flat... while roasting your dinner and heating your house all at the same time.....
im going to buy a washer tomorrow but i am not doing that
Must have been Home schooled. Teacher let you play at recess too long. At least your not out robbing banks.
+Michael Hartzell haha, I actually survived the public school system without a criminal record :p, I just kept buisy in the computer or science lab :p
Ironic when other people comment on somebody's education but cannot correctly spell "you're".
@@omardude39 grammar nazi alert. Like all English and reading teachers
i bet quite a bit of hot air comes outta that
Did he just make a jet engine out of a dryer?
