    I switch the cucumber for avocado. It adds a smoothness to it that I really enjoy. Also add cilantro and lemon juice to go with the lime

    Nice work brother! Know-it-all’s will say don’t use a metal bowl because the acid will react. Seems like you showed us that’s not always the case... also reading how you reply to harsh comments made me sub instantly. Cheers sir!

    I like this recipe. I like to add Avacado, Red Onion, Tomato, and Mango. I'll have to try the pepper, carrot, and cucumber.

    Absolutely Fantastic Video! I fish a lot off the west coast and make Ceviche all the time. Just about like your recipe but never tried the Olive Oil. It sounds great, just wish I could CHOP A Knife Like You LOL! Keep up the great work love to see some more wonderful cooking.

    I've been eating ceviche for some time now, and didn't know it was with raw fish. It's really good, though.

      Ceviche will always be one of my all time favorites! The acidity from the lime juice actually cooks the fish! You can actually see the fish go from somewhat opaque to white, it's wild! Thanks so much for the comment, hope you enjoy!

    Great instructions for a Fish salad. That is not Ceviche!. Ceviche is made very different.

      Ceviche is made using a wide variety of recipes techniques. Each country has their own unique methods and ingredients to make theirs special. I've yet to try a ceviche I did not love!!

      Yeah! :) This one here is aluminum. When I make it out on the beach I use plastic, glass, or whatever I have that will work best. Thanks so much for the comment! :D

      @@eyeswideshut2800 You are correct. It doesn't always leave a metallic taste, but I have definitely experienced it on more than one occasion. I try to use glass or ceramic whenever its available to me.

      If you notice, he knows what he is doing. He basically marinated the onion so it is great when you do that. He didnt just put it in there without putting it in the lime juice first. The little bit of carrot is genius.

    Nobody say inventd ceviche only PERÚ because, is peruvian origin, and here is all documented. In Perú Ceviche is a unique culture. Do not confuse the people because the ceviche is peruvian origin.
