I didn't even THINK of unplugging it but when I plugged it back in, it stayed on for a couple of mins and then it started to work again after I asked it a few questions.

This solution didn't work for me in AUS with iPhone 7 Plus. Tried to Factory Reset one but it won't get past Hey Google. Responds with Download App like the setups update after FR didn't work. Didn't Factory Reset another and just connected via bluetooth but the same something went wrong. Disconnected from bluetooth and same. Can't get past Hey Google. Hope this works for others. Keeping my fingers crossed for all google home users.
I had this same problem on 6 Google Minis. The problem went away when I had Xfinity replace my router with their newer model. The problem went away immediately.

My Google mini plays one song on Pandora, then shuts off. I have to restart it again. I don't know if it's a Google Mini issue or a Pandora issue. I appreciate showing me how to reset it...
What did Google support tell you when you contacted them? I’ve seen many reports about the Google Home devices pausing / stopping the music but not effective solutions are found. Might be perhaps a software glitch that can’t be fixed easily, or perhaps an issue with some routers or internet providers? I have a Sonos Roam speaker and it’s doing the same, factory reset and network rebooting did nothing
@@josemanuellastra2488 I use it only for music now. Since then, I haven't had any problems, other than I'm specific if I want it to play music or stream radio. But , I don't use it for anything else...

I did everything but when it gets to the Welcome home screen, the pictures are bouncing around and after I hit get started it goes to the Google terms. It will not allow me to choose an account
Pandaranos !!!!!!! I did all that. It turned out a firewall we had in place for my kids was preventing it from working. We disabled Disney circle and have had no issues since then.
mine won,t accept my password one of the other devices started to play music, the password issue is sporadic it accepts my password when it feels like it. Is this mini nest a Google turd? Very fustrating.
Does every piece of software have to have this moronically stupid error message which literally tells you absolutely nothing. A statement from the developers "as an end user, you are too stupid to understand anything remotely technical, so we'll just issue a piece of puerile meaningless nonsense"

It will resolve the issue for a few days or a week and the same issue returns. I replaced with an Alexa, problem solved.
