Are you running stock crank and stock cylinder with porting done to it? If so what type of porting do i need to get done to the cylinder? I’m looking to port my cylinder and get a 68mm piston is there anything else i should upgrade?
This got a stock crank with a wiseco 68mm piston, exhaust port done inside and out. One millimeter up on the inside and outside to the max of the exhaust seal. Other mods the usual, reeds v force 4, 28mm flatside carb, fmf full exhaust system. I recommend that you buy the advanced key from vitos, to get a little more response with the timing added.
Do you have an extended swing arm and an banshee axle on it? What sizes you running
Yes, +3 swingarm and banshee axle. The rims are 9".
Are you using the stock carburetor? I have a 68mm in mine with the stock carburetor. Has 280 main and 37.5 pilot. Can’t get it to run good
No, I'm using a pwk 28mm flat slide carburetor. 145 main with a 38 pilot.

Raise the exhaust port 1mm up. Enlarge the exhaust (the outside) to the max and open up the intake side as well.
