I been playing since acpu event so one or 2 months longer, 100% f2p, and I got both of those, XLudmilla, XRupee, Miracle Anne, the Re:Zero ones.
Hell, he only has 1 liberation character, and he doesn't have Ram who was free or Kilo who you literally got just by logging into the game and pressing yes give me that button, BUT HE HAS CROWN, like ... ???
Also Helm is peak NIkke design.

Me personally in terms of having pilgrims it makes sense cus your likely not going to get a bunch of them considering how rare they are, but Crown recently had a banner so you could easily pity her or roll the 2%. For the liberation though I would say that I was just lazy lmao and I missed a bunch of dailies because I didn't need to get the character (and that's probably the same for them)
