I think he put S.helm for cdr and in the latest few chapters all enemies are electric so S.helm good for debuffing them
Pepper highly fluctuates depending if you are playing her manual or not. With Privaty, that's even more drastic since she's healing every shot. Bay Goddess Mary is still tied to the full burst, which isn't a huge issue sure, unless something happens to be hinder burst gen in some way. Pepper's stack acceleration is also pretty sweet since it is universal compared to someone like Rupee who's Iron code only.

Summer Helm is for cooldown reduction when you need to burst as often more than healing. Like Chapter 17 hard where I used her the most and only other option is Dolla.
True. I played with Liter-Summer Helm-Red Hood-Modernia-Rapunzel back then months ago before I have both bunnies and school girls combo in chapter 25-ish. I still regularly use her for Grave Digger because her burst is also conveniently clear the flying drills for me and also the fact Grave Digger is weak to iron so her second skill is more useful there.
Summer Mary is much better than pepper in bosses since not only she heals ridiculously high she also buffs water attack which is good for Christmas Ludmilla

Just started 10 days ago i rerolled 7 times for one of the top tier units and got Liter then i got Red Hood from free tickets and just yesterday i got Naga and Tia, i just need 1 copy of a random ssr which i don’t even know the name of to Max limit break to break the 160 wall,I’m blessed af 👌
I think Pepper is also still one of, if not the highest dps characters of the burst 1 healing supports if you play her manually, so you get both healing and that extra dps to push boss stages, while also helping stack characters, and I'm pretty sure this includes shadow scarlet, getting her to her big aoe burst quicker, so you kinda have to look at the dps meter and realize that pretty nice amount of dps from shadow scarlet is because of peppers' burst, which may make it look a little deceiving on how good she actually is.

I use 2B like a “””budget””” Scarlet in PVP, and her burst nuke is good enough. Slight bias cuz she’s my waifu so I have her maxed out. Anyway, I think you should give her a try because I know you also don’t have Scarlet.
yeah 2b can literally wipe anyone!! the only counter for her is Noah.
For me Pepper is better than Mary. I can get her from normal scans and out of the shop to limit break, but I can't get Mary anymore (unless they run her again).
On top of that, my Pepper is my third highest damage dealer of all the burst 1 Nikkes I have. She is the one I pick when I need a healer *"and"* a little more damage on the team, because her damage is noticeable and her healing (due to her buff refresh mechanic) is good enough from the second burst onward.

mind you 2b can literally 1shot anyone (unless the enemy have noah) if you invest with her.
2B may be better in long fights, but her burst works well like a Scarlet burst to wipe the field, just less damage than Scarlet. She has been one of the staples of one of my Special Arena teams
Pepper mostly shines with Privaty manual
SS is a fair grade for 2B she can snipe down and wipe teams with Noise by her side for max hp buff.
I'd say power and laplace are the same power level I'll always rank them to together
Rupee and viper are my favorite
I think aqua helm is ranked higher on account of the cool-down reduction

@@artOVtrolling nah. Blanc's CD is too long without Noir and you are forced to get 2nd b2. If you don't have an option to replace Blanc, then she's fine.
😂 yeah this is what Stix 6 months of Nikke player rate their teir list. Give stix more time til he get to late content. Im sure his list would change. I used to play with Stixs and his Sister Blade and soul back in the days.
Mary over pepper easily not only is her heal better but you dont even have to burst with her for her heal to be insane
I think Black Shadow is SSS. She hypercarries for me just as well as Red Hood and OG Scarlet.
But if you had to say for certain, which Scarlet is the better character? Personally, O.G Scarlet is the superior Scarlet, but I want to see your opinion.
@@dusk5744 for campaign, I’d say Scarlet BS. For PVP it’s OG Scarlet. No contest.
This comes with the caveat that my Scarlet BS is ever so slightly more invested in than OG Scarlet. Im talking like 8 skill points instead of 7. Not a huge margin but a margin nonetheless.
I stopped using her for story after I got RH, massive upgrade

@@artOVtrolling She can be useful on one of your arena teams with summerAnis because she stuns the enemy while providing summerAnis the speed and reload to one pop her shots off for huge damage. The team needs to be fast enough though so use to right cubes and Nikkes to insure that.
@@Kasraken nah, if S. Anis can't burst, she's useless in pvp. So privaty can be only reload buffer for her, not the main b3 in the team

Crazy you guys sleeping on Soline with all the healers available in the game now.
@@niajef you are doing it wrong, soline can outdps scarlet when enemies are in close range, she hits so fast every burst you expect her hp to be full again.
Guillotine on the other hand needs low hp like scarlet to perform better. Heal will make her worse.
@@niajef you are only theorycrafting not actually using her with overload gears and invested skills. She made clearing ch14 hard material h easy as well as material h raids which is one of the hardest bosses in the game.
@@niajef Just put taunters in like Diesel / Moran / Nero also Guillotine should not be the top dps after adding the buffs or she gets targeted.
Soline's a great alternative unit. Made me clear the CH7 Modernia while I can't with Alice before. Kinda have regrets on resetting her skill to make Red Hood 9/9/8 haha

He only has Scarlet: Black Shadow. However, Zxous used pity on BS Scarlet, so by his own rules it doesn’t count as him not being Scarletless.
