    In this phase, motivation may evolve from personal curiosity to a fight for survival and recognition, where increasing status and gaining access to better resources become crucial.
    Yet, for a select few, the journey transcends personal achievement-these individuals strive to build communities and uplift others.
    They encourage their peers to tackle difficult tasks with confidence and without anxiety.
    In this video, I explore how maintaining this noble motivation amidst academic pressures requires intentional effort and resilience.
