  • Hello and welcome to another addition the Understanding Sports and Exercise Medicine Research show - The show that brings you the latest research straight for the horse’s mouth.
Today, I’m pleased to be joined by postdoctoral research fellow from the University of Queensland, Dr Melanie Plinsinga. Melanie is a human movement scientist with a special interest in chronic health conditions and pain. Having completed her undergraduate and masters degrees in the Netherlands, she went on to complete her PhD at The University of Queensland, where she investigated the multidimensional nature of hip pain.
Dr Melanie Plinsinga joins us to discuss her recent physical and psychological findings on lateral-hip pain.
