Easy Delicious Ice Cream Treat!

To make ice cream sandwiches using whipped cream, start by preparing or purchasing your delicious whip cream. If you’re not sure how to make whip cream please check out my video “Stop buying this topping, and make it at home.” Spoon or pipe a generous amount of whipped cream onto the flat side of one graham cracker, then top with another graham cracker to create a sandwich. Gently press them together, cover and freeze the sandwiches for a few hours until the whipped cream is firm. Let sit out for 15-30 minutes to soften up a bit & enjoy your homemade ice cream sandwiches!
