anyways short introduction hi I’m a nameless person running Will Breyers. It’s summer, school’s out, I was bored. I hope you enjoy this so so super fun-filled video of collective clips from Stranger Things 4 of a new character named Eddie Munson.

Join Eddie Munson, Mike Wheeler and his sister Nancy Wheeler along with his mom Karen Wheeler, Eleven aka Eleven Hopper aka Jane aka 011 aka 11 aka Eleven Byers aka Jane Ives aka El, Lucas Sinclair and his sister Erica Sinclair, Dustin Henderson, Will Byers and his brother Jonathan Byers and their loving mom played by Winona Ryder Joyce Byers, Steve Harrington, Robin Buckley, Max Mayfield and her brother Billy Hargrove, Alexei, Murray Bauman, their chief of police Jim Hopper, and their actors, Joseph Quinn, Finn Wolfhard, Natalia Dyer, and Cara Buono who are 3/5 of a big and slightly happy family, Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin and Priah Ferguson who play siblings, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Charlie Heaton, and already-mentioned Winona Ryder who also play one loving family that is NOT happy, Joe Keery from Free Guy (I think), Uma Thurman’s child Maya Hawke, Sadie Sink who played Ziggy/C. Berman in Fear Street 1978 and Dacre Montgomery who play unhappy siblings and Billy death stranger things is sad to watch, I forgot Alexei’s actor and Murray’s, David Harbour, and also there is Suzie who sang never ending story with Dustin in stranger things. Anyways, join them on a super big adventure to fight Vecna! He is from the upside down and he is 001 and Henry Creel and his dad is Victor Creel and they lived in the Creel House. They are in the upside down with the Demogorgon and the Mind Flayer and Dr Brenner runs the Hawkins Lab which made this stuff from D&D aka Dungeons and Dragons or Dungeons & Dragons or whatever. Some of them are affiliated with the Hellfire Club and Wanted for the death of Chrissy Huntsman death! Byler Jopper Mileven Ronance Jancy Lumax Madwheeler Stancy is in the 80s and Joyce puts up many lights. Enjoy.

Getting introduced to Eddie in the 1st ep is a rollercoaster. He seems like a jerk in his first scene.
Then during the drug deal, I was like oh, he is actually kinda nice in front of certain people.
During the D&D session, he was actually pretty cool. His advice 'There is no shame in running away' seems genuine to me, instead of a taunt.
By the end of the ep, I was totally sympathetic at the implication of what's in store for him in the future and am like 'yep. He's gonna be a part of the gang for this season, at least.'

Post s4 finale:
Well, that was already a hint at how he would die. I had a feeling that he would have to face something but I was really hoping he would survive.
His death was not that much of a surprise. Max's was. They really killed her. They revived her, yeah, but she won't be the same anymore
Huh the whole “there is no shame in running away” line is interesting, considering the conversation between Steve and Eddie in ep 7. Eddie feels like he’s been running his whole life and considers himself no hero. Can’t wait for his badass hero moment like Steve at the end of season one!
which makes me think Steve is definitely gonna die now sadly

Most metalheads are just like Eddie. People make all kinds of negative assumptions about them and treat them badly, but they usually turn out to be the most nice, caring, creative and supportive people out there. Judge them on their character, not their appearance.
Amen. A great friend of mine has a total 70's punk look( but his hair is long) and people always assume he is a freak or mean or even violent. But he happened to help me when i most needed it. We really should judge people based on their behavior,not looks
Precisely! As a 6'1" tall, super long haired (think as if Eddie had Argyle's hair), stereotypical-looking metalhead dude myself, I can confirm WAY too many people judge me based upon my looks. They all think I'm a violent, evil, intimidating person, when in reality I am one of the sweetest, most fun dude you could meet. I've got a good sense of humor, and I'm a total nerd too, like Eddie, which is why I relate to his character on many, many levels! I also happen to play guitar and currently am writing my own music, which I have no band for, lol. My point is, just because I wear band shirts with grotesque death metal album covers on them, with a battle vest full of patches, a bullet belt, and have my hair long, doesn't mean I'm a bad guy. Wish more people would understand that in today's world, man!

I find it impressive how they introduced a brand new character and got the entire fanbase to rally behind him within days. No one knew who he was a month ago and yet people are willing to die for him now.
I wouldn't say "no one knew who he was" cuz thats not true, he was just more national actor, most apart from a few specific works reached mostly national media. But he went from mostly national radius to a world wide show that has garnered immense amounts of fame

When I first saw Eddie, I thought he was going to be another Billy. He looked like he was mean and going to be a villain but he wasn’t like that at all. I started to like him in the drug deal scene. He was so kind to Chrissy.

As someone who tries to DM, I get totally his additude at the beginning. Wrangling people to even get a campaign going is hard enough, having gone through a whole one only for several people to want to reschedule on what is essentially the last day they are guaranteed to all be there( remember that the school goes to spring break the next day, and Mike goes to California, to postpone meant essentially cancel).
He was still a dick though.

It still impresses me how the show just effortlessly draws parallels from DnD to the plot. Like they fit together so perfectly

I think season 5's villian will be Lolth
The main crew were only 12 when this whole mess started. They had no idea what they were dealing with, but were able to make things significantly easier to understand by using DnD terms to describe the various phenomena they were dealing with. Not only that, this extended to even the older members of the group. It was actually very clever.
Eddie is that kind of person to act crazy, but the second you ask him for directions because you're lost, he's all like, "Oh, yeah. People get confused by that turn all the time, you just take the next left."
And as someone, who's very high energy and slightly coo-coo, but will still be kind, I can relate so much! I'm definitely a fan!!

So in his first scene I thought he was a bad character and then the scene is the woods I was like oh he isn’t and then I really loved his character then the scene where the girl goes to his house I literally praying that oh god I hope he is not a bad person. I wasn’t super into Eddie at first, I found him kinda pretentious and annoying, but after the scene with him and Chrissy, I saw how he was a really good and charming guy at heart. And I continued to like him more and more as the season went on.

@@velvetandroid5473 For me personally, I found it a little annoying how unsympathetic he was to Dustin and Mike wanting to go to Lucas's game. They can do the D&D tournament any night, but the championship game is only once a year and he basically made them feel bad for even suggesting postponing game night. In general it just felt like he was making the whole thing a bigger thing than it had to be; talking about how he'll be graduating soon, implying that Mike and Dustin have a responsibility to find a substitute for Lucas when it's not their fault he has a basketball game, etc. But all of these gripes are pretty minor for me and I actually loved Eddie making fun of the article and stuff.

My theory is steve dies and eddie takes over his role of protecting his kids. Or maybe he will die dk. Anyways I don't believe they would kill him off in the same season he was introduced. I think steve and murray will die.

I think he'll survive. You can see him in the trailer for part 2 with dustin which seems to take place after his guitar solo on top of the trailer to save Nancy.
Also the military have already re located his uncle so there's a chance he will be sent to join him/and or his uncle is help captive leading to him potentially having to rescue him.

I actually love the character of Eddie. He represents all of us and what we all want: freedom without fear. He's just so chill and doesn't really care what you are. He just values your importance and that's all. And that's what we all should strive for.
Man, Eddie was such a great character, what a perfect addition to the cast. Can't help but feel like his death was so fucking pointless though...

I really love what this show does for showing the vulnerability of men and the brotherly/familial love they have for each other in their relationships. Eddie and his Uncle's relationship is so bittersweet and lovefilled despite the two characters never sharing screentime but just talking about each other. The two parents of Justin, Eddie and Steve admiring and respecting each other and open to understanding their lives, and their love of Justin and the kids.

Kudos to the casting directors. No one else could have played Eddie so well!!
Eddie is such a good character. He brings such an intense yet funny personality. Not to mention hes such a gentleman when it comes to women. Hes literally everyones crush (including mine 😫)

after volume 2 just came out and i finished it.
i was crying so hard. i honestly loved eddie. i'm proud to say that i loved his character since we first got introduced to him. he did not deserve to die. those freaking demobats. those are now my least favorite monster. i despise them. eddie has only been here for one season and they already killed him off. him and dustin were the perfect duo. i love this duo even more than the steve and dustin duo. eddie was hilarious. seriously the funniest of the whole show. the whole town hated him (except the ones who were helping him). and dustin was right when he said that the people would've loved him if they got the chance to meet him and got to know him. he should've gotten a chance for another season. this time, he didn't run. he stood his ground and fought. he died a hero. r.i.p. eddie munson. you will never be forgotten.

Steve is the responsible Mom figure. Eddie is the crazy uncle figure who will let the kids stay up late and eat way too much sugar/junk food. I still would have loved to have seen more of Eddie and what the relationship/friendship between Eddie and Steve would have been like.
