Better Call Behnken: Bradenton woman complains insurance-provided medical ride is a no-show

- Virginia Johnson, an elderly Bradenton woman, says she spends hours in the sun, waiting on a medical rideshare that doesn't show up.
This is despite having the rides set up, and paid for, through her insurance company.
This happens to me in Manassas VA too. Most of the time I get dropped off at the doctors and never get picked back up for a ride home.
This should be something the uber should get in to. Could enhance the services?
Mobile home parks are difficult to navigate.

For a small bush to grow in back of her car in concreat means she hasn't drove a little over a year. Medical or car don't work.
