Probably an Instagram trainer. 1. Did a few steroid cycles 2. Attended 6 month course to get some bullshit personal trainer certification that pretty much holds no value. 3. Profit ??
There are a lot of bad personal trainers out there with no certifications, limited understanding of varied training methods, and clients that never make progress. For every Renaissance Periodization there’s like 20,000 losers trying to make a buck.
Being a personal trainer is one of the easiest jobs you could possibly do. The more dishonest of a person you are, the better. I should know. I used to be one, and quit after five years because it's so damn lonely if you're not a liar like everyone else
I love my neck bridges, they allow me to take heavy hits. They actually saved me once in a sparring match. A guy threw a POWERFUL right overhand. I was able to take the punch, but he busted up my nose. Needless to say, this shit fr a LIFE SAVER.
I could be wrong, but I think these exercises might also be used by Fighter Pilots or Race Car Drivers (specifically in Formula 1) so they can withstand the G Forces they experience
I saw something about a motocross guy doing neck exercises because crashing on a dirt bike can land you on a ventilator, so I think high impact sports in general are helped by neck exercises
There might be more reasons than I know, but having a big and strong neck protects your head against hard impacts and concussions so it's essential for F1 drivers
I was confused the first time I saw it, but I honestly would not have the nerve to go ask him. It makes sense, though, and it was fascinating learning how fighters prep themselves to take a hit.
I am all about not caring what others think of me and I was doing neck curls in my commercial gym without giving a single fuck. I will keep doing it. However I can perfectly understand why more socially active people than me (especially beginners) can be intimidated by this and avoid neck work so shame on this "personal trainer"
Privacy? Dude doesn't want to be recognized in public. Lots of famous people are still incognito, h20 Delirious for example, not everyone wants to be known but they still want to make content for us.
i'm sure that the guy doing it is not a fighter and just repeats what the popular ig trainers are shitting out. there is almost zero reason for a lifter his size to train the neck.
I just use it as a meme tbh and the goal of a lot of my vids is to give people who watch these kind of videos to laugh at people a new perspective. I spoke about this in my last video on h3h3. The one that is 6 minutes long
He's training his neck.... As someone who isn't a personal trainer, I could've known what he was doing from a mile away
First time seeing this exercise. But I definitely won't say "WhaT iS bRo dOinG iN tHe GyM💀"
It's just a joke to help promote himself and his course, wouldn't be surprised if the guy was his friend too
Lots of personal trainers genuinely have no idea what they’re talking about, so a PT not knowing does not surprise me.
The trainers plan backfired as it exposed his ignorance. As a boxer I immediately realized he was doing neck curls
How is bro a personal trainer and still making fun of ppl :/

Well, I'm glad he at least feels safe and comfortable behind a camera with no boxers in earshot of what he's doing

Yes, F1 racers have to train their necks as well
@@obievergreen3771 that gives me more respect for motorsports in general

oh but you're absolutely right!
New training knowledge have been acquired, now proceeding to test them

As Joey Swoll says:
1. Don't film people without their consent
2. Mind your own business
As a martial artist, I now want to do that
Same, I have a glass chin but I am not sure what exercises I can do
@@provoscarf6466
Neck exercises, like neck bridges. Trust me, it's not because of your chin, it's becoming of your neck
Nah nah nah, the only thing that matters nowadays are likes and views, (and hopefully not get sued)
"personal trainer" lol
All mofos wanting to look like Tom Hardy on Batman but have no idea the amount of work those neck and shoulders need

Excuses don’t kill the fat, exercises do.

he has showed his face before stupid+ he rarely get 50k views so hes not ever that popular
People who make fun of people doing neck training usually have pencil necks.
why do you pixel your face.. miss the old videos with you sitting in your car. What happened?
Love CZcams, but just don’t really like being recognised tbh

Haha I like how you're positive and all but you have super redpillish thumbnails with Patrick Bateman and shit. I like the contrast😂
