      Please make a audio or video on relaxation technique like where you instruct to focus and relax (without tensing) each body parts in serial manner like starting from toes of right leg,then right foot,ankle,lower leg ,upper leg .Include each body parts in similar fashion up to head,it would be great help

    Mam Mai depression ka maara hu,,first time apke channel PE aeya hu,,breakup k vjah 7-8 saal se medicines le Raha hu,,but Aaj se apki hrek videos dekh kru..Mai apko sari vajah bta duga es haal Mai kis situation se gujar Raha hu..plzzz help karna or comment read kar lena..jo jo dikat hai,,ajj se apki videos dekhna start mam,,or channels se bhi kosish krta tha,,lekin thankful u madam,,mujhe honsla mil gya

      I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like depression, anxiety, overthinking ,negative thinking,insomnia & indigestion .

      HOW TO LISTEN SURAH RAHMAN THERAPY:
      If you are suffering from any physical, mental or spiritual disease, then listen surah rahman(with great focus) in the voice of qari abdul basit(with closed eyes) 3 time's a day for 7 consecutive days. Each time after listening, take half a glass of water, close your eyes again & say name of GOD, 3 times in your heart & drink this water in 3 sips. After drinking, open your eyes.
