Allah pak hamari hifazat farmaye apne nabi ke sadqe mein. aamin
Or hame sehat or tandrusti ata farmaye. aamin
Main idea is
1) Convince the mind by logical reasoning, giving it evdences that you are okay
2) talking to your brain repetitively (you r safe/okay/ everything is normal)
Also you don't have any control on your thoughts, they come to u automatically
But you have the ability and power to choose which thought stays with you.
So don't take your negative thoughts seriously ( just confront them and put them to trash)
Also if you see the problem as big and most important problem in your life
The brain/ mind will make it even bigger
And more importantly believe in GOD
You will feel an absolutely different and positive vibe after visiting temple and praying than before

Rambaan this video has became for me..I was suffering with negative thoughts and intuitions since 9 months almost now...and was trying to figure out every single detail of it why and how and from where it started but from no where and no medication the resolution was coming up till this date this moment when I watched this explanation and exactly I found my answers to tackle my anxiety after listening the facts in this video, it felt like a mountain of thoughts just got away..the moment I heard that these things does happen and there is no need to worry.

It's a very valuable Information given by you Ma'am. I had Anxiety during Covid times. I had a thought of Fear that Something is going to happen with me. It took me months to get rid of it. I Practiced to trick my mind into believing that nothing wrong is going to happen with me. My Body and Mind is Fine.. I repeatedly believed in it. Now, I have recovered from Anxiety. It's only the Belief System in our Mind which does Everything and We Must Believe in God too. Connected to God helps change our Belief System.
