Dimash was born to sing. He's one of those artists we'll be able to look back on and say "I was alive when Dimash was discovered."
It's insane the amount of talent this one person has.
He is actually studing singing from 20 yrs , that's mean a lot when you do it with total abnegation . And may be longer and thinner vocal folds compared to other men .

Nobody ever said "he was born when mozart was discovered"...ordinary people trying to give a meaning to their little lives...instead go and do something really miningful to you and your loved ones while you are given the time on this beautiful planet.
You know, being a bit obsessed with Dimash, I've watched every single professional vocalist on CZcams analyzing him and you are probably the only one (that at least I can remember) that went back to listen to the song twice. And what's really nice is that I don't think you initially intended to do so, but the song kind of drag you in it. The second time around you really seemed to absorb every single musical phrase of it and it's a great thing to see, because apart from a technical analysis, this is such a beautifully executed song that captivates us and it's really nice to see a professional singer wanting to listen to this just for the joy of listening it and not just to analyze it!!

The Slavic Bazaar version has cleaner pronounciation and stronger bottom end in the rising pitch part at the beginning of the piece. However I find the chinese Singer version to be much more interesting and emotive with some effects rarely repeated in later performances.

I just had someone recommend doing a live-stream comparison of the two, because that might not have copyright infringement. Going to look into this!
Listen to the last phrase on the Singer version as I feel it’s far better with the small crescendo and decrescendo (if that’s the right term)
incorporated in it.
I always felt this version was a little over produced. Almost sounds kinda autotuny. I know that's not an actual word, but I get that vibe from it. We all know he doesn't need it, but it just sounds like it in some places.
@@randywissler9923 Over produced is a good word I think. The "Singer" version felt more live/raw yet still extremely polished vocally, and I think the live backing music was way better on the "Singer".
Dimash is an alien. No doubt. His vocal abilities are beyond human capabilities. He has already become a music God to the world. God bless Dimash. Love from India.
There have been hundreds of performers of this song since 1976, but not one has any vocal data to perform it like Dimash did!
Maestro Michel Berger, for sure, would have been happy if it was such a performer who would have come to him for an audition - all the notes were effortlessly taken, and how much strength and tenderness in this performance, what actor’s presentation of each line exactly according to the content of the song.
"S.O.S." Dimasha, like a scarf with a magical aroma, flying over the square in the "Perfumer" - one wave and everyone is fascinated! The tone is incredible, penetrating the very heart!

OMG I've seen 10 reactions to this song but now having the subtitles to what he is singing makes so much sense for his passion and the way he attacks something then falls off to others to make you feel what the person is trying to portray in the song. I had tears in my year for the first time at 2:10

I highly recommend you listen to the "Singer" version of this performance on your own to hear the different choices and colors/textures he used in that performance which for me is my favorite version. Also the ending for me was better as well.

When I first listen this song by Dimash, I keep listen for a week, and dig the original singer to compare, and after that I dig every Dimash song, and I like them all, his Kazk song is really good, and I don't understand what he is singing but very touching . hi, thanks for your reaction. what you call "the little flic" in modern music is called "cry" if I remember well in that occasion he was a little sick that's why he insisted more on the femail voice cus it was more relaxing for him(can you imagine?) but with his great talent was able to change immediatly some parts(if you compare this version to the one of the singer) what a great tecnique Dimash you are the one and only

The version where he is suspended over the audience and then interrupts the song to pay tribute to his late friend Dennis is also good. I saw him at the Barclays Center twice in NY and it was the highlight of my life. I cried through most of the concert from pure joy.

He sings the humanly impossible song 'The Diva Dance Song' live and undigitalized as compared to the movie, The Fifth Element singing the same song but digitalised to compensate for the difficult high octaves.
This 25 years old singer from Kazakhstan plays 12 instruments and sings in 10 languages. He revolutionises music genre, with fantastic singing registers, mixing them up, defying and subtly blurring octaves definitions.
