So basically they'd upload videos that the people who we never see on camera or Suppy/Grimm would be working on Scotto's stuff. Somehow he figured out how to both equal get a larger building for "Hoonigan" yet it was just a place to store is stuff so he didn't really need to spend it on storage lots etc This is lvl9000 of getting your employer or client to pay for your projects while still working on their stuff as the employee or contractor

This thing’s big enough to be not just a ramp truck but a whole support vehicle. Put a big fuel tank under the bed for filling up race cars, some tool boxes, a multi-row tire rack on the roof, a welder and generator, I mean this thing could be a whole base camp for motorsport events while also looking baller as hell.

I searched working on Scotto's project car on youtube. Then got results where the last time Scotto worked on a car was his nova one year ago. Make this man finish more project cars. 🤣 It's good content.
This truck, with a BANKS engine, a set of big Rotiforms, a flatbed and a CQ Audi on it... would be something BAD ASS. Possibly, even a Sema Build.

If I remember correctly. Yes that was the plan for coalmaro but sadly it does a rolling burnout at over 100mph and having no grip and trying to beat a record is no good
@@killeralltires Covid hit and LA was in lockdown so stalled all projects. Also there was that whole thing where they got a roasting from Gale Banks for their dyno session. Then they moved and now Dan has left Hoonigan so it's probably a dead at this point.
The toughest part is interior. Find a wrecked f350 and do an interior swap. You can fab a bed and you have a 1000 hp motor for it. That can be the SEMA truck 👀👀
Alright, I think this would be a sick build to do and record. But, I think good names for it would be "Coal Hauler" or "Coal Rider"

Coalmaro (however it's spelled) should not be parted. In fact it should be finished and Dan and Jose should go rip that thing down that for what they built it for. That series needs more than what it got.
This F600 would be cool opportunity to maybe take that engine out, and start fresh with like say a "godzilla" 7.3 gas engine from Ford.

Yeah thats now 2 things Dan has worked on, 3 if you count Shartkart, thats been umm repurposed or slated idea via words for repurposing. Knucklebusters BMW is getting ragged on and used in videos after they mention "we fixed some issues" We need Dan and Tony Angelo to get together Knucklebuster and HRG, who broke things faster lol

That is one of the dopest trucks I’ve ever seen. I think, even if it was just a quick easy build, this truck would quickly become one of the coolest builds you guys have ever done.
BUILD IT!!! But PLEASE don't bastardize the Coalmaro, that thing is too cool. Build the dirtymax that's already in it and turn this thing into a badass patina'd car hauler!
I wouldn't even bother with the duramax that's in it. Would probably be easier to get a 12v Cummins or a 24v with a P pump conversion running. Less wiring and everyone and their mom does Fummins builds so there's a lot of parts.

Could be the hoonigan & friends intern/ showcase program where people who are qualified builders show up to throw some spanners in exchange for merch/goodies and air time to shout out their shop/build etc. Exposure bucks like Ron said can be worth their weight in gold

Def get rid of the Duramax swap it with a 12 Valve Cummins it’s mechanical and they last forever and you can make it fast in no time, Or a 24 Valve twin turbos , Fass system, head studs , Ram air intake then get the Allison transmission and it’s done it’s the fastest grocery getter let’s go!! Lol
You gotta build it, if you have the last 4 feet of the drive around 12 foot bed at a incline you could drop the loading wedge to a less aggressive angle and it would look like a flat bed when you drive it around

I feel like Grimm is just the quiet savage! The truck needs to get done! Ron's idea for a show is great just need people to build it. Have fans come who are willing to work on Scotto's "visions", sort of like build and battle, supply can suppyvise and not work win on wins.

You might want to extend the frame and move the rear axle back, if you're going to put a 17' bed on it. Really cool truck, reminds of of Finnegan's (old fleet) of random trucks and haulers.

Coalmaro is already a drop in engine that runs. It would definitely be a big start for the build so they can tackle the fabrication side.

Work with Banks to get a new engine. Keep coalmaro's engine in it and put the car in some burnout competitions like Cleetus and Cars.

Strip out the interior, paint it all voodoo blue, vinyl floors, f250 platinum interior, white leather, and leave the exterior paint like it is. Flat bed with the ground effects, 18wheeler fenders over the rear axle, 18 wheel front bumper that adjusts height for maximum low effect.
Scotto’s kid will be 18 by the time this is done from how long the Audi took to build 😂

Knew I recognized this truck! Was at KCL Cruise back in the day (well my day) in salmon arm at the old Canadian tire lot. I still have a picture or two somewhere of this truck in it’s prime. Hell yeah!
