Why is St. Thomas gospel not included in the gospel? Especially a deciple who put his hand in Jesus Christ wounds.
only novus ordo sticks the readings of the mass. this was not necessarily the case before Vatican II
I went through that time. I guess I don't remember the gospel of Thomas being one. Only the reference of his doubting Jesus Christ was there & he wasn't. The doubting Thomas reference. But thanks-
Father quoted the words of st Thomas Jn 11,16 where st Thomas the apostle said let us go to die with him - referring to the going to a dying Lazarus - cuz he was afraid that if they went down to Judea - they would die from the hands of the Pharisees
