OMG I had that soup on my first trip to Romania and I was scared to try it, but it was so good!!!! I love Romania and they eat so much meat there. I’m sure being carnivore would be easy there 😊 sadly their bread is yummy too 🤪🤣 just can’t eat it!
Hey Petra. This recipe is awesome! I am still following a PKD way of eating right now and so a number of the key ingredients are out for me unfortunately, and so have made an adapted version with tripe as well as beef tongue & sausage actually, and they work out great using some of these techniques. Would you be ok if I made these revised versions and reference your CZcams Channel? I am just starting my own cooking channel and some soups right now would be great given the winter season. Nicola x
Yum. I made an oxtail and tripe stew on New Year's day. It's a family fave, and all carnivore.
That sounds delicious!!! Would love to try it..
I've tried getting on the tripe train before and failed. I think it's time to give another go. Thanks for all the awesome content all the time!
I ate the Turkish version of this soup in Turkey, my god!
It was amazing!
I want to try the Romanian version too!
Yes!! I think it derives from a Turkish background- Ottoman Empire!!!!

I am Jamaican and grew up with tripe soup. Latinos call it mondongo.
Is it similar to this?
@@ancestralhealing No... Typical Caribbean soups are loaded with a variety of ground provisions, corn and spices; but no eggs or cream.
Amazing yummy 😋!! Please make more recipe videos like these ❤
Yassss make your version of the soup plzzz
I will. I’ll make this myself around February- March.
@@ancestralhealing Ok sounds good!!!

Yes please if you could make it. Thank you.. You're very good at this 😊
