Headlight Bulb Replacement Guide for Volvo S60 (2010-2018):
Park on a level surface, ensure the ignition is off, and open the hood.
Access the headlight assembly: Locate the two pull sticks (or clips) that secure the headlight assembly.
Remove the headlight assembly: Lift the pull sticks, then gently pull the headlight assembly forward to access the bulbs123.
Remove the cover: Unscrew the torque screws and take off the plastic cover behind the headlight assembly.
Replace the bulb: Twist and unplug the old bulb, then insert the new bulb without touching the glass part.
Reassemble: Put the plastic cover back on, secure it with the screws, and slide the headlight assembly back into place. Secure it with the pull sticks.
Test your lights: Turn on your vehicle and check that the new bulb is functioning correctly.
