TRADING FROM A £500 MINI TO A SUPERCAR

- We've agreed to start a trading up series to reach the dream of owning a supercar. Our starting point is a Mini Cooper which we bought for £480 and plan to fix and flip for the next car in the chain which will take us one step closer to reaching our goal.

This is a great idea for a series and I'm looking forward to following your progress. I loved how you persevered with the Mini and got it sorted. Really hope you get to the goal super car and can't wait to see what you get after the mini.
It's going to be a rollercoaster ride for sure especially with the next car lol It's the only way I'll ever get a chance to owner a car like this so we have to go all in !. Thanks for the support it means a lot
@15:02 Incorrect coolant. Use blue G48 coolant
Thanks for watching. To be honest I think it was red coolant in before so I replaced it like for like. I should have checked with parts supplier but I'll get it sorted thanks
"With the previous owner being a mechanic it should be in good condition". I'm a former mechanic and like most mechanics the last thing I wanted to do after work was to do work on my own car. Many mechanics drive absolute sheds because they can't be arsed to fix it but they won't pay someone else to because it's a job they can do themselves.
Yeah as soon as I done the voice over I knew that comment would come back to haunt me lol To be fair I think he was genuine with the car but the electrical problem was leaving him stuck.

Thanks for watching, I don't have a specific upload day for videos. I work shifts at aerospace and run the garage full time as well so depending on the workload each week how quickly I can record and edit so the videos go up as soon as they're ready but I try to aim for 7-10 days. The next car in the trade is a JDM car and a long project in terms of footage for the channel. I'm hoping it's ready tonight or tomorrow I just have the finishing bits to edit. Unfortunately I don't get paid from the channel, I'd love nothing more than to be doing it full time but I need to continue working hard to get there. Thanks for your patience
@@identitycarcare477 If you want to make your videos appear in more people's recommendations you need to upload regularly, most likely once a week on the same day & same time everytime
I know how it all works but it's a catch 22, I need to work the shifts and the extra in order to have the money to spend on the cars. Hopefully we'll be at a point soon where we can make changes which lead to more and more content for you guys. I'm also always trying to improve the quality of the videos and viewer experience which is very new for me so I really don't want to abandon this and put out lower quality videos. It's a great problem to have that people are asking for more and more so it's greatly appreciated and we'll continue to work harder and harder all the time 👍🏻
