i know I'm quite off topic but does anyone know of a good site to stream newly released series online ?
@Nasir Salvatore I watch on Flixzone. You can find it on google =)
@Houston Vihaan Definitely, been watching on Flixzone for years myself =)
@Houston Vihaan Thanks, I went there and it seems to work :) Appreciate it!
This man changed my life for the better rip to the greatest my life would suck if it wasnt for him
Same. R.I.P.
It's taken me a little while, but snowboarding has really turned into a serious hobby of mine. It's the first thing I've really felt passionate about in a long time. It's something I really do want to grow and develop in and really get the full experience, but even the process of learning and falling and just absolutely eating snow while trying to get a new trick or perfect a technique has been so much more fun than I could've ever imagined.
I wouldn't have found happiness like this or come to love this sport like I do if not for Jake Burton Carpenter. Wherever you are, I hope the snow is fresh and the slopes never end. Ride forever. Thank you sir.
I still have my wooden Burton Performer with a hand painted serial number. I’ve had shop owners all around Summit County, Colorado ask me to purchase it, but I’ll have it till I die.
they killed him just like tom clancy
Rip the snowboarding legend you will ride on in our hearts ❤️❤️😭😭
Rest In Peace, you will be missed 🙌🏼your a fucking legend, and made the biggest impact to the snowboarding community. Love you
I don't ride burton but thanks for pushing the sport jake and making all these other brands what they are!
Worked at a Burton dealer all through high school in the 90s and the sport has influenced my life greatly ever since. RIP
I remember reading a graphic novel about Jake and how snowboarding came about. Ever since that I wanted to snowboard. Awesome guy. He lives on with the sport of snowboarding
Thank you Jake for creating one of my favorite things. You have touched the lives of countless people and brought joy all over the world 😢
Jake - awesome. All the community love, and appreciation shown in this film, and the comments - even more amazing. ❤

Thank you Jake! thanks for keeping it real much love bro
proud to ride Burton Backcountry
I'm a skier, but I do think if it weren't for snowboarding, I wouldn't be freeriding today, so I guess that I to have to say thanks.
i honestly cant believe my dads friend actually met him in VT when his first prototype was being tested
I was born in 1980. Started snowboarding in Tahoe in 1994. I have nothing but respect for the company.
Came to my ca. ski shop in 92...we were transitioning from a ski culture to a board revolution. There was no looking back. He changed it all.
I don't think I'd be skiing dps whalers with a rocker/camber/rocker combo without him...God bless. ALL FRIENDS ON POWDER DAYS!!!!
Sweet jacket and snowboards. I have been watching vice videos and stories for some time. Really appreciate all you guys do. Keep up the great work!
RIP The GOAT
A legend gone too soon! Thank you for all you have done for our sport and for making it what is was today. Gone but truly never forgotten! Your life and legacy will live on through the boarders of the next generations to come and we will tell them about all you have done for the sport. 💙❄️🏂 thank you Jake! R.I.P. Jake💙❄️ #rideonjake
rip jake burton - I am a skier but respect
You didn't need to call yourself lame at the end there
@@jackiemu161 whoa back off there, I like both but you are definitely have to respect skiing more considering the fact that it takes more skill.
Aaron Cobb snowboarding is harder to learn

Such a important of my personal history! Thank you for your help in making snowboarding what it is!
I was Riding Snurfers in '75, and by '78, had already Owned a Flite, but also taken a Snurfer, and gave it a Glass-bottom, full angle-edge 'snow Edges, and a 3-Skeg Fin configuration, plus Bike Inner-tube over-the-toe Elastitics. I gave That Board to My Coach, Paul Graves, as a 'thank-you; back in ''94. Paul got me on the "TEAM EAST" crew that Raced at S-6 in Feb. of '82. That was the First East-Vs- West Comp in Snowboarding! Teams like Winterstick, or A-Team, were NOT aware of the Harshness on Manmade & Groomed Snowpack, and they, and Sims (Tom, even!) had 'issues' with Control down that Slope. They were Not Alone. I Ended up alongside a Pontiac Staionwagon by cruising right on Past the End of the Slope, crossing the Bridge, and Stopping in the Parking Lot, next to that Pontiac.. Embarrassing, but safe. I'm not sure, that I'm grateful my Dad didn't snip-off a Picture of that!?
A remarkable visionary and a game changer .. RIP Mr Burton 🙏🏽
Where would we be today if he didn’t come into this world. Snowboarding in the Olympics would have probably taken much longer to happen. He is basically the Henry Ford of snowboarding. As the next season starts, it is a good time to reflect on his impact in this world. What a time to go!
RIP Jake Burton.

vice channel always takes you were you can't necessarily go... us viewers owe you all a jacket. thanks
Back in the 1970's in CT we SNURFED before there were snowboards. Jake was a little older than me but I'm sure we had the same crazy fun skateboarding and toaking and carving it up through apple orchards and golf courses before he got the idea to mount bindings on a board. RIP BROTHER! (BTW Snurfing is still tremendous fun if you don't feel the need for much control.) As a skier I do have to confess my hostilities expressed toward boarders in the early days - mainly because they would track up the powder in the trees that i wanted. lol Now I support anyone having any fun on the mountain.
Burton has been my all time favorite snowboard brand,
I got a Burton M series board 1990's. I love it.
I'm a big fan of snowboarding, thanks for cool videos and for doing giveaways!
