- Thank you for watching.... In this video I share with you the DSPTCH Daypack DESCENTE. I appreciate the way that DSPTCH has approached their daypack line. They offer the same design of a very functional backpack in may different materials. This one happens to made in dyneema. This is my first dyneema backpack. It offer strength and lightness.

My favorite intro yet. The search will never end
I looooove my ballistic nylon DSPTCH daypack! I've had it a while now. Good see some more DSPTCH love. Great video.
Haaaa! I love the opening! Nice work, thanks for making these informative and entertaining, as always
thanks for the review! got this backpack when they had it waxed canvas a few years ago. love it. would totally have bought the dyneema version if they had it.
Another outstanding review! Thanks George 👍👍
Nice intro George! Always pushing to new heights. 👍👍
The bag and Benchmade are sweet. Gonna look into those pull tabs too. Thanks for another awesome review.
I absolutely appreciate your review style. I’d like to add that the buckles at the bottom of the straps allow one to convert the 2 strap ruck, to a sling bag. Simply unbuckle one side (and I suppose one could tuck the loose strap under the carry on strap on backside of bag if the strap isn’t removable), unbuckle the other strap and re-attach it to the buckle on the other side. Now it’s a sling bag.
The regular Cordura it is then. Thanks for sharing. One.
Thanks brother!
excellent video review of a pack I never considered and a technically well made video .
Hey george great video! I love the dsptch daypack (new and old version), I use the ballistic now and ive had the RND Version, some things probably good to note
- You have the descente allterain collab edition which I think was the first Dyneema one they did and has an older design
- The RND dyneema on the site now has different material on the back panel and shoulder straps, less scratchy and I prefer it over the old, it also has the top handle moved on the back between the shoulder straps.
- The Black ballistic nylon also shares the above new design changes
- Although it doesnt show it on the site, my newer design black ballistic has 2 zippers on the laptop compartment
Well done. Keep growing brother.
WUTANG in the house, haha great video loving the attitude...
That intro was hilarious, thanks for the laugh man.
Very helpful - thanks!
Wow nice cool bag 👌
The compression straps on the bottom reminds me of the northface hotshot from the early 2000s
Nice.
Nice Video. Looks like they did an update during the end of 2021 to the pack and changed a few things...no snappy grip pad...no load lifters....shoulder straps are removable (for no reason)...outside stretchy water bottle pockets. Side compression straps are metal(?) and slide off rather than the plastic clicky type. Still looks good....the external water bottle pocket is a win, but removable straps without load lifters seems like silly idea....it ain't a 2 way or 3 way briefcase/duffle/pack. oh well...I still bought one. Thanks homie.
I wonder how much of Dyneema's popularity can be attributed to thru-hiking community; put through the crucible that is hiking hundreds of miles where strength and weight are constant considerations. And I believe it started as ship sail material! That's what's the cool thing about technology. It's born in extreme conditions and trickles down to benefit all facets of industry.
Nice looking bag. Would opt for the cheaper version but still a great bag no doubt
Hi George, possible to include dimension in centimetres and weight in grams? Would be really helpful
As always man, videos are dope; ever thought about doing the rush delivery backpacks for edc?
Rush Delivery?
@@GeorgeDEFINED you know the 511 rush backpack like the rush 24
Hey bro. Nice review. How do you like it compares to Urban Assualt 24? Thanks
This pack has been on my radar for a minute, thanks for the review!! Also, what's the weight on that brass bugout 👀
I don't have scale but read the whole knife is still under 3oz with the brass scales
Hey George I see your rocking the Insta 360 One X2.........lol. I had one recently but returned it as I didn't need it but awesome idea of what your doing to show everyone how the bags look while wearing it. Where in the US are you located? I lived all over the US for 12 years. Keep up the great work, cheers from Japan but from Canada.
I live in Maryland and work in D.C. Thanks for watching..
We here TALKIN' about BACKPACKS !!
Between the Goruck GR Dyneema and Heritage, which one do you prefer?
Hello greetings from Germany, which backpack would you prefer the Able Carry Max Backpack or the Dsptch Daypack Dyneema?
I see a few backpacks in dyneema available in the market. I like how it looks. How was the dyneema used in this backpack compared to goruck guerilla x? Thanks!
Don't have a guerrilla x.. but it seems to me dyneema does break down some over time.. but not all materials are made the same
What kinda watch r u wearing? And how is it? Looks like pro trek but i wanna get ur thoughts abt it man awesome review bro
It's a pro trek.. Love those watches
Nice vid. Why is the material so crunchy? If you need to look after something at night, you’ll be waking up everyone just by rummaging inside it…
I will go crazy if someone in hostel keep pack and unpack things with this bag(noisy) in the morning or late night
I'm curious where you find all these great bags to review? Comments or just lots of research?
Research aka.. glued to my phone as my wife calls it..lol
Come on bruh, when you going to review the Vertx Ready Pack.. the ultimate!! Carry/Coffee/Combatives.
The vertex edc ready pack? I did that one ready.. or is there another one?
Hey George love your videos ! And thanks for replying to my comment about the addax 25 the other day. However you didn’t fully answer my question. Has your wife ever used it? I want to get one for me and hubby to share. From a female perspective how does it carry?
Oh sorry.. My wife has not used it. She doesn't share my love for backpacks.. lol
It’s okay George I totally understand I also have a spouse who just doesn’t quite understand the necessity to find the perfect edc bag. Keep up the good work!
Master what is in you back pack make a video.
"Them ain't 20's." Hahahaha
Bro when will you review the TAD Fast Pack EDC pack? ;)
I want one.. I got crawl before I walk..
@@GeorgeDEFINEDhaha, got it man. Take care.
Ok don’t laugh at me but like how noisy was the bag? Like you noticed it all day long? Or you got use to it quickly and it didn’t bother you?
On a scale from 1 -10 it's a solid 6.. when you open it you will have some noise.
Did you like this bag better than the Boundary Supply Rennan X-Pak?
The quality of DSPTCH is way better than the Rennen even comparing the nylon versions of both packs.
I have to agree with Live Light the quality nis much better on DSPTCH bags..
#myman
The specs show only a 4 ounce difference between the Dyneema and the nylon. I would have thought it would be a lot more.
Dyneema is not known for it's weight savings, although that's a part of it, it's more known for it's strength. I'm betting the interior accounts for most of the weight, which is nylon in both types. Dyneema is not magically weightless.
@@david78212 Thanks, good to know. I know ultra light weight hikers use Dyneema to keep weight down. Z Packs tents, etc. But that's on it's own.
Can my 32oz nalgene fit in this bag?
Inside the bag yes! Inside the water bottle holders doubtful
It sounds like paper crinkling.
6:16 man, those wrinkles on that fabric
Japanese people are going to be like, these subtitles are whack :P
Your channel is dangerous for me. Would you review the new 27L Yeti backpack?
I have to see if I can get it..
If you would have said $360 at the beginning of the video, i wouldnt have watched the whole video. ha
Awwh man..lol
