"Umm Ali is a famous Egyptian dessert recipe" You can replace croissant with puff pastry ( Barakhani ) Umm Ali dessert is very Tasty And Very Delicious sweet.
Ingredients:-
Milk - 1 ltr
Condensed milk - 250 ml Or as per your taste
heavy cream - 200 ml
vanilla essence - ¼ tspn
cinnamon powder - ⅓ tspn
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Croissant / Puff pastry ( bakar khani ) - 4 to 5
Desicated coconut - 2 tbsp
raisins - 2 tbsp
almond ( chopped ) - 2 tbsp
pistachios ( roughly sliced ) - 2 tbsp
cream - ½ cup
For garnish - as per your choice nuts

That's the fresh thick cream. If you don't have thick cream. You can whip the whipping cream and spread as well.
