Not everyone who understands jung had to learn from jp lol...some people find it themselves. Tbh jp misses some incredibly vital about the entire thing no one talks about but that’s cool

From what I’ve seen in life, I’d agree with CJ here. Everyone I know who has jumped in to Eastern practices with both feet has ended up more confused than when they started.

Too bad that the echo/poor sound system makes so much of it difficult to hear. And why so many ads in a lecture?? One about every 7 minutes? I've watched many a lecture on CZcams without a single AD to break up the flow. Really unnecessary considering the academic material and with only 11K views. WTH?

And if he's going to check the time so often, maybe take off the watch and put it in front of his notes? Some people do that.

As much as I disdain Jung, I must applaud your work here. You speak clearly about things Jung liked to dance around, and convey a lot of information in a short amount of time with a clean levelheadedness. Thank you.

I like example of two jobs you gave, one in Califonia and another in UK.If I understood you well, I should not make an immediate decision. Instead, I should listen my inner voice ( my unconsciousness )that will direct me to a possible third solution ( job that can unite those two possilities that suits me the best ). I have job in my place , and I am looking for another job which is far away from my home. The point is that I am not happy with either of them. As I play lottery, I will wait to get jack pot. Thank you !
Joke aside I like your lecturer. I am a little ( or lot ) confused as my impression was that Jung's main messege was balance between anima and animus, matter and energy, unconsciousness and consciousness, eastern and western philosophy, right and left brain hemisphere.

So because Jung though the Old Testament God was “archaic “and “under developed” this made him anti Semitic? And also some “robust accusations “? Nice of you to just throw that in there without any context or explanation. Gimme a break. Why not briefly mention his anti semitism? I stoped watching at that part.

As a true classic Gnostic, where Platonic realism is real and the Gnostic system in itself hides a "psychology" and "sociology", I find Jung being a major source of irritation. He's seldom exactly wrong, but his denials of the trinity in favour of the quaternity, implies that he's not really interested in anything else than his own opinion. He doesn't understand numerology, and his "psychology" is just an upper class point of view.

Reading the books of the New Testament, we probably asked ourselves more than once: *"Why 2000 years we do not see those miracles that accompanied the Сhurch of Christ in the I century, as described in the New Testament?"* Why do the so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed and atheists boldly deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Сhurch of Christ has not existed for 2000 years?
The Сhurch does not exist in the form in which it is presented in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other christian sects claiming to be the place of the Church, but they not have the only thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic of just the Сhurch of Christ -the reinforcement of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mark 16:15-20). Therefore, some researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and some of them are not opposed to declaring him a an ordinary philosopher, teacher. But even if Jesus were an ordinary philosopher, his disciples would be ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. In this world, the great fertility of atheism can be explained by the fact that there is no main opponent of critics of the Bible - the Church. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist.
Find *"The Mystery about the Church of Christ"* video on CZcams. The video reveals the prophecy of the disappearance and reappearance of the Church of Christ before the End of the World. Watching this video will give hope to all who sincerely seek God and will interest those who are not too lazy to think freely. Sociopath was the first word that Comes to mind when Jung is mentioned! But I understand JC as a sociopath as well. Joseph Campbell that is. Sociopath an interesting topic to say the least.
