Quentin Tarantino says that criticism of his film 'was a good thing' and he makes his movies for planet Earth. For more CNN videos, visit our site at www.cnn.com/video/
i think his name is robin sai from Times fo india. such a stupid question he asked. taht guy doesnot know how to behave. he's like '' hey Tarantino over here'' if i was there i beat that shit head for that question
well, I think he wanted tarantino to comment on his way of making violent movies and still "keeping it real" in his own way, being true, just flesh and bone if you will, but in this case "flesh and blood". It's not a stupid question, he just did'nt know how to formulate him self. He was probably pretty nervous as well. But who knows.. I could be wrong.
It annoys me so much that this guy had the chance to ask the Quentin Tarantino a question, and he just blows it like that! Id take months to come up with a good question to ask one of the best directors of all time.
+InfiniteGrenades No offense to indian dudes, buy anytime they start rolling there R's and saying y'know, that when, no i dont fucken know, what the fuck you are saying.
+vegaskidd No, he didn't understand cause there was nothing offensive about what he said, it was a joke. People that come ask questions should articulate English well before thinking about going to these events.
3:30 Funny how he talked about studying the film industry around 1969 and how now Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is going to based on what he was talking about here. Didn’t realize he was thinking about this project since at least 2012.
it was a pretty funny question actually. he was talking about how all of tarantinos films have lots of bloody decaptations, especially kill bill. and there was no bones
he's talking like indian english. Tarantino '' over here''. who let that dumb journalist there ? he have to learn how to behave. typical indian behavor
+anderchri I think he was trying to make a joke about how you don't see any bones when someone loses a limb or something in a Tarantino movie. Nothing but blood. It was a stupid question anyway.
"Do you really think that in the anatomy of the human body it also has bones you know? or you know we we keep on saying you know there are jokes about that according mister Quentin Tarantino there is only blood and flesh in the human body and we see that and it's a hit you know?"
You know, you know, you know. Jeez, where he spend the time to learn that horrible english, England? Just stop with the you knows, dammit, speak correctly. Also, that lady who was speaking was a bitch for ignoring Quentin in the end. Quentin rules!!!!!!! No matter what the fucking haters, he will still be number 1. Fuck you Nolan and Ridley Scott.
i love his movies he really should have at least 3 oscars he should have won for the screenplay for Inglourious Basterds he also could have won for director for Pulp Fiction i mean hell he has only directed like 7 films and all of them have great and yes i even like Death Proof
Selfish filmmakers are the best. He writes and he directs, he never compromises on his vision. That’s where the best films come from, someone who has such a real picture in their head they can smell it. I love it! Love him!
Watching this Tarantino's video made me realize that after all his success and fame, he still sees himself as a movie-nerd who made it to the top. His passion for films as a teenager is what transformed him into a superstar, he doesn't seem to forget that.
Quentin seems so confident and sure of himself, he seems to have a sort of aggression in the way he speaks, it's really direct. I guess it's what makes him such a great expresser of creativity, I wish I had that in me :).
I fuckin love this guy.I love the way he puts salt and pepper in a everyday scene and transforms it to unique.I love the brilliant choices he makes on (all) his brilliant actors.I love the mind of this man.
Really love this guy and his movies, for me Quentin is a genius! He mixes very well violence, comedy, and drama, also the food on his films always looks fantastic!
I just shouted after hearing the first question. "You got the chance to ask something to Quentin Tarantino. THE QUENTIN TARANTINO. And that was your fucking question."
He put on an accent at the end because he was talking to a black person, I guess. He comes off as very kind and and genuine, so It doesn’t piss me off or anything, it’s just really weird to see what he thinks is appropriate at times. He’s....simple.
I think the reason why the first question was like that was because of how in Tarantino movies, whenever a person gets killed brutally, it always seems that they don’t have bones in their body. It’s always flesh, blood, and gore. But still, the question was poorly asked.
I love the fact that the first person was trying to be controversial and ruin quinton's big moment with a stupid "you're films are too bloody/violent" type question and failed, making an absolute fool of himself.
I like how Quentin is very attentive and respectful towards people who actually wants to ask questions but just shits on the ones who ask terrible questions that only try to fuck with him, I wonder how they even let that guy in there, really stupid question.
What a brilliantly talented man - and what non sense question that dumb journalist asked. He was gracious and eloquent, as give home the respect he deserves. its like a insult to him
But in my opinion Quentin's award means much more Ben Affleck just adapted the story onto the big screen and Tony Mendez was part of the story telling process every step of the way. QT actually wrote and directed his own film and got award for best ORIGINAL screenplay, which is a hard award to win.
the first "question" is literally the worst "question" ive ever heard
i think his name is robin sai from Times fo india. such a stupid question he asked. taht guy doesnot know how to behave. he's like '' hey Tarantino over here'' if i was there i beat that shit head for that question
well, I think he wanted tarantino to comment on his way of making violent movies and still "keeping it real" in his own way, being true, just flesh and bone if you will, but in this case "flesh and blood".
It's not a stupid question, he just did'nt know how to formulate him self. He was probably pretty nervous as well.
But who knows.. I could be wrong.
It's kind of true though.
+Les Grossman hahaha internet thug lmao
It annoys me so much that this guy had the chance to ask the Quentin Tarantino a question, and he just blows it like that! Id take months to come up with a good question to ask one of the best directors of all time.
Are their bones in human body?
-Patrick Star, 2015
Pakistani Patrick Star

cooldude 4172 You think Patrick Star knows how to spell?
Best comment ive seen xDDD
I think I remember that one
I just love how naturally weird he is...he's just himself...and that first guy gave new meaning to throw a bone.
Eccentric and passionate about his job. I wouldn't say weird.
@The01t no he is very weird but that is why there is only one of him on earth
so awkward, savage, nervous but confident at the same time. Very odd and awesome fellow lol
That dude in the begining just spoiling the name of Indians everywhere
+93hothead so true lmao
That Indian dude you know, he's just you know ruining Indian names you know.
yeah it was a fucked up question
he should learn to deliver the question
ruining indian names
jimmyadkdsd it reminded me when some reporter guy asked mayweather some dum question about rabbit and cather ))
93hothead not everyone

Joseph Dutra Tarantino, discriminating astronautssince 1992
thats a true man!
Mars is next.
This is what I'm gonna say, when I become a filmmaker.
"Do be do be do"
- Frank Sinatra, 1966
The joke the indian dude was trying to make is that all of Terantino's movies are gory, flesh and blood films.
It just came across wrong.
+InfiniteGrenades It was a pretty dumbass question regardless
+InfiniteGrenades No offense to indian dudes, buy anytime they start rolling there R's and saying y'know, that when, no i dont fucken know, what the fuck you are saying.
+SaiyenInlineSkater Not all of them , certain but not all
+vegaskidd No, he didn't understand cause there was nothing offensive about what he said, it was a joke. People that come ask questions should articulate English well before thinking about going to these events.
*****
theres no reason for him to take it a bad way unless he's really annoyed by having this question asked a thousand times
3:30 Funny how he talked about studying the film industry around 1969 and how now Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is going to based on what he was talking about here. Didn’t realize he was thinking about this project since at least 2012.
T-Series starts it off with a stupid question 😂
Tarantino is just savage...fuckin love him!!
He's so interesting to listen to.
Molly Willis yeah he just goes for it in his writing, he doesn’t get caught up in the hang ups.
I am too Molly if you get to know me. I made this comment for you and earth
Cody Sray You need someone to talk to Buddy holy
I love how he suddenly starts speaking southern after the SC question haha
that bone question was confusing as fuck
the fuck the question reaily embrassed me. such a worst question and stupid behavor. typical indians
Les Grossman -do not generalize idiot!
Bahama Bob he was getting at the gunshot wounds in the movie with the blood going everywhere.
it was a pretty funny question actually. he was talking about how all of tarantinos films have lots of bloody decaptations, especially kill bill. and there was no bones
good answer on the 'american film maker' question
"I make movies for Earth" i love his cosmopolitanism
***** I feel bad for the aliens though, because they'll never know how much of a genius he is.
***** Cosmopolitanism is overrated.
This guy is such a genius ... I have no idea how anyone can ever make movies like he does.
writing everyday and building creative muscles, studying film to the last second and watching a shit ton of movies twice even.
Sergant Kornballz so you'r talking he is riping of other movies he wached ?
Les Grossman He pays tribute to them, yes he takes a lot of aspects from other movies
Then the guy who murders it after Tarantino will need to be very great indeed.
Jonathan J Well europeans, although he is really a good filmmaker!
Quentin Tarantino is either really nice, insane, a genius, an asshole, ir all of the above. That's why I love this man and his films.
Shit, i didn't know the human body had bones :O!?
I love how he gives really elaborated awnsers to really stupid questions. He's The boss
Such a real man. Doesn't forget that he is a human being like everyone else yet has skills and ability we can only dream of. Bravo Mr Tarantino.
Who defends paedos.
the first question guy asks ANOTHER dumb question to daniel day lewis later on......seriously who let that guy in?
must be a joke :-D As German guy i understand nothing, not one word. My "german english" is to bad or that guy talks to fast?!?
he's talking like indian english. Tarantino '' over here''. who let that dumb journalist there ? he have to learn how to behave. typical indian behavor
+Les Grossman that quite offended me.Your comment was too stereotypical
+anderchri I think he was trying to make a joke about how you don't see any bones when someone loses a limb or something in a Tarantino movie. Nothing but blood. It was a stupid question anyway.
Quintin is a genuinely nice person.
I love you, Quentin.
Cevahir Ileri Have you commented on every video of his? XD
you need to stop doing this
Yes. I see his comments everywhere
Cevahir Ileri oh come on
stop commenting
He absolutely nailed that Indian guy, OMG :D
I love the movie Django Unchange.
+Karma Android Or how about Django In chains, which is how half of the people say it.
Karma Android haha I knew I heard that, thanks for the confirmation
Unchained
Man, Quentin is just a legend.
When you have the chance to ask one of the best directors of all time one question and you ask about whether there are bones in the human body
Quentin Tarantino is a crazy bastard and a hell of a good movie producer
"at least they didn't charge us for the boat ride".
He gave us a deleted scene for free!
First question had me on the floor. I'm still on the floor actually. #bonesinmybody
"Do you really think that in the anatomy of the human body it also has bones you know? or you know we we keep on saying you know there are jokes about that according mister Quentin Tarantino there is only blood and flesh in the human body and we see that and it's a hit you know?"
Greatest question ever asked..lol
but in all seriousness this poor guy was probably trying to make a joke and failed miserably
sublimegrime typical indian. i'm as lame as him. we should just stick to being nerds and let jamaicans be the cool guys.
The first question was supposed to be about how blood and flesh goes every where but bones are never shown.
I laughed my ass off after his answer of that stupid first question haha.
I don't get all these people calling Quentin 'wierd'
Kakor Never Dies right?
his demeanor is just different from most people, probably because he just doesn't give a fuck.
he IS weird, but in a good way
Kakor Never Dies oh he is creepy
People mistake his excitement of his passion as weird.
Am I seriously the only one who understood that first question...?
What did he mean?
Something about a joke about Tarantino's movies never having realistic violence, it's all blood and flesh, never bone or something else.
I like the sharp, blunt style of answering by Tarantino!
for earth good guy
"Exit, Stage LEFT" I love this man
i love his movies he really should have at least 3 oscars he should have won for the screenplay for Inglourious Basterds he also could have won for director for Pulp Fiction i mean hell he has only directed like 7 films and all of them have great and yes i even like Death Proof
Philip Moore my favourite is reservoir dogs
min 0:25 "Isn't there too much over the top violence and carnage in your movies?" THATS what the guy was trying to ask.
He was Indian....and a Dumbass
No, the thing is that when people get shot in Tarantino movies, there's a big unrealistic splatter of blood and flesh.
And you get an added bonus of having Quentin perform the dialogue of a deleted scene.
3:05 that microphone had a good time
that made me laugh so hard🤣🤣🤣🤣 now i can't un-see it
@@TheLaoo 4 years ago? jesus christ i was 15. i dont even remember typing this comment
@@vilentman111 omg🤣 well i guess your mind was where it had to be at that age.🤣👍🏽
The first question😂
You know........blood bones.......you know.....
Selfish filmmakers are the best. He writes and he directs, he never compromises on his vision. That’s where the best films come from, someone who has such a real picture in their head they can smell it. I love it! Love him!
Man I really like Tarantino the more and more I see him in interviews as this genuine dude
3:30 that's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" preproduction.
Watching this Tarantino's video made me realize that after all his success and fame, he still sees himself as a movie-nerd who made it to the top. His passion for films as a teenager is what transformed him into a superstar, he doesn't seem to forget that.
"But uh...movie's f-in long, so I got rid of it!" Hahaha love Tarantino
that dry laughter after he acts out the scene :D
EPIC!
HOLY FUCK HE BREATHES HEAVILY!
Ever heard of anxiety?
+Geek Squad But man, he breaths in such a slow and calm way but SOOO HEAVILY at the same time, I feel like he is drowning or something!
+ Diego Ortiz True XD
Quentin Tarantino knew what that guy meant with the first question, thats why he rolled his eyes up for a split second....
That first question is a real winner
Hope that scene's on the dvd! That's freaking hysterical!
Why does the end feel like such a Quentin moment? So funny.
He gave the only sensible answer one can give to that question.
"congratulations with your award, you know." Wow that sounded sincere
Quentin seems so confident and sure of himself, he seems to have a sort of aggression in the way he speaks, it's really direct. I guess it's what makes him such a great expresser of creativity, I wish I had that in me :).
Damn quentin looks like a director directing his own life while he's the main character
Love u Quinten. keep making movies
yeah, you may get one chance in life to ask Quentin Tarantino something and you ask that!?
Quentin Tarantino is a Genius x
that exit was priceless... lol
One of the best filmmakers
"Least they didn't charge us for the boat ride. " Lol love that line. But yeah, the movie is too long. In fact we could do without this whole scene.
He breathing mighty damn hard in the mic.............
He's a mouthbreather, no matter how good his movies might be.
***** he suffers from anxiety! its normal.
Quentin always looks like he has fun and good time... Congratulation... Master Tarantino!
I fuckin love this guy.I love the way he puts salt and pepper in a everyday scene and transforms it to unique.I love the brilliant choices he makes on (all) his brilliant actors.I love the mind of this man.
Really love this guy and his movies, for me Quentin is a genius! He mixes very well violence, comedy, and drama, also the food on his films always looks fantastic!
he was hinting on once upon a time, studying films in the 60s-70s
min 5:28 Spike Lee's eyes were rolled so far back in his fu%$in head he was counting fu%$in brain cells
+RideMyTruck Spike Lee has brain cells?
I just shouted after hearing the first question. "You got the chance to ask something to Quentin Tarantino. THE QUENTIN TARANTINO. And that was your fucking question."
Tarantino is just a weird dude. And that's why he is just great.
I love him so much.
that first question was funny, why is everyone freaking out
A film maker that has not forgotten to have fun
He put on an accent at the end because he was talking to a black person, I guess.
He comes off as very kind and and genuine, so It doesn’t piss me off or anything, it’s just really weird to see what he thinks is appropriate at times. He’s....simple.
I think the reason why the first question was like that was because of how in Tarantino movies, whenever a person gets killed brutally, it always seems that they don’t have bones in their body. It’s always flesh, blood, and gore. But still, the question was poorly asked.
he was referring to the fact that when someone gets shot in django, there's a blood-explosion, hence 'do you think there are bones in the human body?'
I understood what he was asking, he just didn't word his question properly.
He's such a film nerd... it's glorious. He really makes movies for the love of movies
what a cool guy and amazing director
I love you quentin
Omg I love him so much
I love the fact that the first person was trying to be controversial and ruin quinton's big moment with a stupid "you're films are too bloody/violent" type question and failed, making an absolute fool of himself.

IDOL
this guys is such a lad !!
I just love that guy
he is a very polite and awesome man! :D
"Exit stage left" nice reference, Tarantino
From dusk till dawn is all time greatest movie. Facts
The best part is Tarantino's Grove Lane handmade leather tie
so good!!
Pause at 0:54 that's my reaction to the first question
But in my opinion Quentin's award means much more
Ben Affleck just adapted the story onto the big screen and Tony Mendez was part of the story telling process every step of the way.
QT actually wrote and directed his own film and got award for best ORIGINAL screenplay, which is a hard award to win.
Quentin is an American treasure. So much passion - I'd love to have drinks with him
Thats somethign you ask during an interview, not during a quick press time after the oscars.
thats not the point, the point is that quentin didnt understand the question. you just gave him an answer..
Bones in the human body? No way....not possible... my life is a lie
😭😭😭 my hero!!!!
Brilliant first question: "Do you really think that the anatomy of the human body also has bones?"
