I think it's a terrific line that adds to the noirish atmosphere of the song. It's not at all lewd. It just refers to a bottle of alcohol between her legs while she's driving. I'm picturing an old movie with a smouldering Stanwyck, or somebody like that.

i liked the line as well, but isn't a pint a glass not a bottle? Either way great typical Willie Nile lyricism. His albums are nothing but gems.
