ROK was F2P friendly as well.. Gold keys can give you gems , Extra speedups and there were many events and free stuff.. But with time they converted it to good busines..
Because you cannot have so many P2W joining a game instantly , you make people believe it's a F2P friendly.. Call of dragons isn't F2P friendly they are just adding audience.. Be aware**

It will change once they get enough people hooked. ROK was more f2p friendly at the beginning.
F2p friendly is a game that a f2p can go toe a toe to a whale, at least try, this donât happened here. So no, not f2p friendly, you can play and have fun, but if a whale want you, he will destroy you and your whole alliance alone
Also the most important thing is that your troops can hardly be killed because of the infinite hospital capacity, can not be so easily zeroed when you're f2p now

Hear me out. None of the videos I made (including this one) are not sponsored or anything. At the moment I really do enjoy the game so far and the mechanics I have explained in the video are imo really cool features for f2p or light spenders. We donât know what they will bring into the game in future but I can only make videos on what we have right now.. đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸ Ofc I know that they will bring more stuff to make people spend but this is nature of the industry atm. The key thing is as long as they donât bring something utterly broken like crystal tech I am cool..
I think lilith will eventually make it heavy p2w. BUT I think it will be at least 1 year. Either way.. call of dragons is a fantasy version of rok. And I'm here for it. Both very good games
@@SpartanGamingMobile you only say this because you spend money, when youâre actually a f2p player youâll understand the gap, you can buy units, rss, research, and level. which all take hours some of those take days on their own. but you get to skip, donât cope with the fact that they getting each dollar outta you. call of dragons is nowhere near f2p friendly

hey guys, this question actually leaves me confused, how can you enjoy and keep playing the game while you know that almost P2P is always a winner đ¤đ¤
pro in cod is definitely the stamina so whales can't just destroy everything but saying that cod is more f2p friendly is not the case in my opinion because you can't chain darklings and gem gathering is taking alot longer than in rok. Another fact that i've noticed as a beta tester is that it's alot more difficult/less events to get universal sculptures without spending (you can get from vip only gold key commander sculptures). So my conclusion was that cod is more p2w. Maybe it changed but i've quit cod after 2 seasons of playing it. Also the war's were not that fun compared to rok for me. Good thing in cod is that the range is really range and not like in rok.
What i dont like the most is they reset the commander after season. And the exp is pretty difficult to obtain.. đ˘

As someone who got legitimately addicted to game of war in 2016 spending 200-500$ a month on it I have to say even if people consider these games p2w itâs no where near as egregious as it once was. Thanks for the insight I plan on giving this game a shot.
Its a kingdom building game. As a low spender i really cannot think of a way to win a whale head on or in groups because its like an army vs commoners.
No doubt as f2p to low spender, we need to spend over months+ just to unlock T4 and the tech we invest in are mostly in development and not war
After T4 is unlocked, the most viable way to contribute is to use them in garrison because head on fight is going to be a lose and unlikely the whale will suffer a damage that they will feel the pain.
Therefore i am not sure how the game developer goals for f2p and low spender are like. Do they just want the p2w players to have fun between themselves or is there a way that f2p player to feel the fun in war
ROK is a sunk cost for most people who have spent. To convert over to COD is a hard pass. Just like every other comment here, carrot & stick for F2P. ROK is the last mobile game Iâll ever spend time and money on. Thanks for the content brotha
CoD is the game you can play to ease the withdrawal symptoms RoK will undoubtedly give you.
Best time is right now. RoK is ant war with bad graphics, good for credit warriors who only see numbers bad for everyone else.

The game reduced the legendary token of VIP massively , from 1/2/3/4 with lv 8/10/12/14 respectively to 1/2 , 2 only with vip lv14/15 ,,, and the recycle shop they delete the legendary token over there, make it very hard for F2P to Max single commander and so rly bad events for Tokens there , unlike RoK gives pretty good amount of heads in compare with CoD
i dont think so, i mean if you are in end game rok there isn't a reason to start play CoD

They did a really good job with Rise of Kingdoms years ago. I have high hopes for CoD as well đđź
When the commander pool becomes similar to RoK and all the epic become useless, then the stamina system wont be so f2p friendly

Well at least i learnt it quite early đ Btw we are on the same server im on BD-H, i saw you need a little power for 1.5m to get theia. My advice would be to scout for wonders they give t4 if you do quest( they are just clicking on villages),give every artifact you have to every hero and reach trust level 4 with legendary commander they give 10 tokens,though lilya gives universal tokens.

Players should start their CoD journey so they can end their RoK addiction.
If you are stuck in RoK with big complains about the game, this is the one time you should replace it, Lilith are basically giving RoK complainers a chance to quit RoK for CoD.
This is really good because while you play CoD for 3 months+ you will realize how time consuming this genre of games truly is and be thankful that you can now quit it entirely.
Cod Will be easier to quit than RoK Because you aren't as attached to a 3 month project versus a 1-3 year account.
But you can't play two big genres at the same time, not competitively so quit RoK, delete the account and start CoD journey, it will ease the withdrawal symptoms because the games are alike.

There is limit on how much gems you can collect so this aint so true. Without gems its the biggest gap difference between p2w and f2p
Hello DOsxx! Iâm 50% agree with u tbh, cuz it really depends on your personal life. If youâre very busy everyday, itâs almost impossible for u to farming gems in RoK cuz u donât have enough time to running a farm account, and farming gems as well, so itâll be a huge disadvantage to u. And if youâre not that busy, itâs an advantage for u, so it really depends. As a busy f2p player, CoD is better, if youâre not, RoK is better. (Btw my English is probably not very good sorry cuz itâs not my mother tongue, but I tried to explain, and I think this could improve my English writing ability Lolđ)

I joined an alliance, only bought the extra builder and nothing else. Got to 1M power before hall lvl 14. The others in my alliance bought a bunch of items and I could not keep up in progression. They always had more troops and better troops because they payed to progress faster. Even utilizing everything f2p and could not keep up. This game is full of children and cringe. Game is trash
