Church in Pakistan had very vast History. St. Thomas was apostle of India. He came in India with the Good News of Jesus Christ. There are a lot of evidence that prove it.

I will like to point out something
The first Christians in india is like to be former jews as there was a jewish community in india like around 300 B.C and had connection of trade between rome and India.
Brahmins.Hindus came to south in about 6th to 7th century
And so other than jews ,Buddhist and Jains converted to Christianity.
Mar Thoma is only one faction in St.Thomas Christians known as Nasarani.
