My mom and dad have been married for 40 years and they met while in Navy boot camp. They got married after less than 3 months. I always thought that was just crazy and I asked my mom once, "how you know you found the person you want to marry?" She told me that, "you will just know when it is right".
Later when I met my now husband, I knew instantly that he was the one. I remember thinking about the answer my mom gave to my question all those years ago and I was like, "this is what she meant. She was right, you just know."

I must admit, I had my doubts about their marriage. I am stupid because well, they do not know I exist and it is not my business to say who with who should be.
